We had a great vacation stay at Dream Gruene. The walk to Gruene was perfect. The condos were clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the decks to watch the deer and birds. Mark responded to any questions within a matter of minutes.

Perfect Location

Loved our stay here! Access to the river was perfect, and very close to Gruene. The condo had everything we needed and our kids caught a ton of fish! The deer coming to the yard in the evening was so fun!

We came from out of town to enjoy the water park, town and river for a few nights. This place was very spacious for my big family and even though it rained some while we were there it was such a beautiful place to just hang out. My kiddos especially loved when all the deer came out at night. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location to be in.

Great location

We were in town for a graduation but the time in Gruene, Tx was fun. Lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is within walking distance to the river and a river raft rental company. It was very clean and felt new.

Wurstfest

We were a group of 13 that stayed here for wurstfest. It was absolutely perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s a quick walk to Gruene and we were able to find a shuttle to wurst fest right near the house. Great area and condos!

Annual sibling trip!!

Our group had 8 adults, and these condos worked out perfectly for us!! We took our own Floaties, but there are some there to use. The river is right down from the condos, and you can just hang out and float! The place was super clean, and Mark (the owner) as super easy to work with.

Dream Gruene Vacation.

Fabulous accommodations for our family of 14. Property was very nice with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Access to the river for leisure enjoyment was perfect. Mark was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Super Clean and Cumfy Condos!

We loved everything about these condos! Love that they are beside each other on the bottom floor! It was easy for our large group to see each other and go back and forth.All the rooms were clean and beds were super soft and cozy!We all walked 5 min to dinner in Greune! Amazing location and owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with!! Will be booking again for next summer!

Awesome stay

Beautiful new condos. Modern decor. We loved the outdoor space.Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens and towels. Walking distance to the river and to Gruene. I would stay here again.

Weekend in Gruene

We rented this pair of condos so that our family & daughter's could have enough space. The condo was very much as the listing showed & well equipped. We had a family gathering @ the Gristmill in Gruene only 5 minutes away. Other than finding a place to park in Gruene or trip & lodging was perfect.

Best Place In Texas!

What can I say, this place is amazing! We rented these two cool condos and had a great experience, actually wish I was back there right now. Located right in the heart of Gruene on the river and beautifully appointed! I will recommend this to everyone. Dream Gruene keep up the excellent work!

Excellent Location and Property

Our family stayed in July and the property was excellent. The location was very close to Gruene and within a few hundred yards of the river. The condos had everything you would need and no detail was unattended to. The manager thought through every room and it made our stay simple and comfortable. Throughout the stay, the manager made sure we were happy. We would love to stay again.

First group to stay at the Dream

We were the first group to rent the Dream Gruene. It was awesome, the place was clean and everything was new. It is first class with top of the line kitchen appliances and great furniture. We go to Gruene every year and I think we have found our spot to stay every year. I would give this place 6 stars if it was possible!

Location! Location! Location!

Everything you could want or need in a single rental. Each room was beautiful, everything was clean, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. You are in true walking distance of everything. The host was so accommodating and on top of commutation. 10/10. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Family vacation in brand new condos

Our family spent 3 nights in both condos for the 4th of July holiday. The condos are brand new and have all that you need, including tubes. They also have brand new area with barbecue pits and seating areas. They are in great proximity to Rockin R and to restaurants, entertainment and shopping in Gruene. Lots to do close by! The owners communicated very well.

Wonderful location and amenities

We loved this gated river access property! It is within walking distance to Gruene, but in the summer it’s easier (and cooler!!) to drive! Across the street is Rockin’ R Tubes! The kids bedrooms has double bunk beds which we didn’t know when we booked, but our kids loved it! The condos are plenty big enough for everyone to gather together or to have their own space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
