Each bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom and a Smart TV. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all on one open floor, perfect for gathering to plan your day or debrief after a night out! Our rooftop deck is the cherry on top, offering a view of the city's skyline, making it an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

There are four units total: A, B C & D. Each sleep 12 and share the private courtyard with access to an outdoor grill and outdoor games. This home, “Vinyl” is unit C.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
