This beautiful home is conveniently located close to the best beaches and golf courses on the island. Restaurants for dining, family-friendly activities, a great jumping off point to access all locations on the island. Grocery stores, shopping, gas stations etc. are just down the road minutes away. Community park is a block away.

DISCLAIMER** Please keep in mind, you are visiting the tropical islands so pleas expect to see bugs such as ants, cockroaches, and geckos.

Upstairs you will find the kitchen and living area with views of the Kohala mountains and some peek a boo ocean views. The sunset colors will fill the sky and create a beautiful backdrop for your family sitting together enjoying a home cooked meal. All the bedrooms are located downstairs with plenty of room for everyone. There is a lovely private courtyard for all to enjoy You won't be disappointed with the ambiance of a large island home, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This place is perfect for families, teams, business travelers and large groups. You will find that we have high speed internet, digital cable and good cell service for those working remotely.

Kona Family Vacation 2025

The house was well stocked—from beach equipment toys, chairs to cleaning supplies, laundry detergents and kitchenware. The amount of rooms, beds, linen, and towels help make our stay very comfortable. We had the best experience! Highly recommend!

Great place nice area

Great place well stocked from plates to pans paper towels and tp plenty of towels. One thing missing was a grill brush(sorry couldn’t clean it)

Family Vacation

The property met our needs very well. Spacious, great kitchen and living area. The amenities were excellent! Great yard and location. Seven in the group and we were all able to spread out and not feel crowded. Spacious bedrooms and playroom. Well maintained property.

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a place close to a white sand beach on the Big Island. This house was perfect. Although about a 20 minute drive to Waikoloa Beach, the house was perfect for hosting two families of four. There were fans in every room and a water cooler in the main bedroom. The kitchen is extensively outfitted for anything you want to make, and there were leftover condiments and dry items, which were a pleasure to find. We also appreciated how solid the stairs are (you can't hear people going up or down). We loved this house!

House was supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and paper good as well as plentiful linens. Next door house had noisy tenants; the Neolani responded sufficiently to our complaint. We would happily return!

My only complaint was that the floors were very dusty. Because of that, we couldn't go barefoot in the house.

Excellent Lodging on The Big Island

Very well stocked in the kitchen, more than well-stocked in linens and beach towels, very clean, so spacious and comfortable!! A very nice beach was close-by, interesting historical parks near-by! It was so interesting to drive through lava fields on the way to the property and also to see the wild goats roaming the lava fields!! Such an excellent choice for lodging. The management company was very professional and responsive!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Aloha was perfect for our group of 8 that included three teenagers. The home was very clean and in good repair. The kitchen was well organized and the extra refrigerator in the game room came in handy. The bedrooms were very comfortable and easily handled our large group. The kids loved checking out the birds and geckos each morning before we headed out on our adventures. The house is in a great location. We also enjoyed using the community pool. We are already planning a return stay. We had so much fun!! We would highly recommend this home in Waikoloa.

Hale Aloha Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 family members with plenty of room for all. The location was in an area of nice homes. The Kitchen had a good supply of dishes, utensils and pots & pans. There were lots of towels, including beach towels for the full family. The recreation room had a ping pong table, bar and refrigerator. The house was clean when we arrived. The negative was the lack of air conditioning upstairs. There are lots of windows with no coverings, so upstairs became extremely hot during the day. We had to leave windows open for air circulation, but that would cause black dust to blow in and cover everything. Bedrooms were downstairs and one had air conditioning and the rest fans. We had to buy an extra fan, which we left there.
