The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, African mahogany cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A breakfast bar seats three, while the dining table accommodates six. Just beyond, the covered lanai provides another dining table for six, creating the perfect setting for alfresco meals surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



Guest Access:

• This ground-floor unit offers step-free access.

• Parking is available for one car in an assigned space outside the unit, labeled (18E) outside of the unit across the street near the tennis court.

• The garage is not available for guest use.

• Located within Waikoloa Beach Resort, the condo offers easy access to world-class golf, shopping, restaurants, a luxury cinema, and a gourmet supermarket.
