Welcome to Beachy Keen at the North Breakers (Unit 404)! Beautifully remodeled inside and out, this gated ocean-view condo at the oceanfront community of North Breakers is a breathtaking home away from home for guests to enjoy on St. Simons Island. Conveniently located near the elevator, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, making 404 North Breakers the perfect ocean-view retreat.


Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Step outside to the spacious balcony, complete with a bar-top table and chairs, and take in the ocean views or enjoy the coastal breeze. Guests can also unwind by the newly renovated heated pool, spa, and pool deck, which now feature a chair lift for both the pool and the spa, ensuring accessibility for all. Community grills are also available, providing a wonderful space for outdoor cooking and socializing.

The Primary Suite includes a king bed with private balcony access and an en suite bathroom beautifully updated with beach-inspired décor and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an updated en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and secondary hallway access.

Guests of Beachy Keen enjoy full access to the gated grounds, oceanfront pool and spa (hot tub), community grills, and private gated beach access. The North Breakers elevator offers easy access to the fourth floor, just a short 50-foot walk from the front door of the condo.

Amazing stay!! The condo is beautifully renovated and spotless. Everything has been well thought for and stocked. Black out shades in every bedroom made for excellent sleep for our two young kids in the spare room and the master bedroom closet was plenty big enough for a packnplay to fit our baby. The place is clean and great but it is quite a bit of a walk to the beach. Also, it isn’t exactly ocean view, only if you look far to the right out the window. But, all that aside the place was wonderful and worth the price! The management was great, they quickly helped with a minor issue. We would love to stay again!!!
