La vue sur les belles eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique dans cette 12ème étage extrémité ouest condo rendra ce l'une des meilleures vacances de votre vie! Ce condo a été décoré professionnel avec son mobilier raffiné. Vous pouvez voir l'eau et de sable pour les miles.

Ne vous laissez pas berner par des condos qui annoncent 3 chambres. À Sunrise Beach si elles ne disposent pas 3 salles de bains, ils ne sont pas un véritable condo de 3 chambres .. Pour votre plaisir, il ya un 'HDTV 42.

Le condo a une grande buanderie avec une laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité. Le plan d'étage ouvert dispose d'une cuisine qui est entièrement équipée. La salle à manger a une vue magnifique sur le golfe avec un bel éclairage encastré.

Sunrise Beach dispose de deux belles piscines (dont l'une est chauffée en saison), deux bains à remous, et une zone de splash Kiddie situé au cinquième étage donnant sur la plage de sable blanc. Parking est sous le bâtiment de sorte que vous ne disposez pas de traverser la route. Tout est riverain.

Aimez-vous faire de l'exercice? Le centre de fitness est magnifique et donne sur la piscine et la plage. Regarder la télévision ou tout simplement «regarder les gens», comme vous l'exercice!

Beautiful Condo and Views

Condo was as advertised and host was amazing. Super clean and super beautiful. The wrap around balcony was amazing and the views were off the chart. The whole process was top notch and we will stay with Judy again.

PCB 2024 Family

This condo was awesome! I don't think there is anything we would change about it. Everything was super nice and layout was perfect. Being a corner unit, you basically had views in all directions. We will mark this one and will definitely try to stay at this exact location when we return to PCB.

Would not stay in this unit again

Ad states it accommodates 8, but it does not. It will accommodate 7, if someone is willing to sleep on the couch (not a pull out couch). When booked, I gave name and ages of all that would be staying. When we arrive there were no sheets to be used on couch. Took 2 days to receive sheets for couch. As for the unit itself, I’ve stayed in MANY 3 br, 3ba at Sunrise Beach and there are certain things I’ve come to like and one is the fact that the master bedroom has 2 closets. This one did not. One closet was locked so you could not use. The other closet had half of it converted into drawers, cabinets, and a vanity area. This closet also had 2 locked cabinets you could not use. So there was only 1 small area for about 20 hangers. Under the bed, there was dust and the owners had stored stuff there, so suitcases had to just sit around instead of being put away because there was not storage space. Master bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock (did not check the others) Ice maker does not work Laundry room light was out first day we arrived and I reported it. It never got fixed. I had to move a lamp in the laundry room just to see. Front door does not close all the way when you pull it or push it, so you have to take the extra time to check it. Too many throw pillows on bed and not enough pillows for actual sleeping. 2 of the pillows on the bed are in shams, not what you typically would sleep on. No pillow protectors and all pillows were sweat stained. Small TV in bedroom.

Most everything was great

The condo was very nice and the location was great. I only have a couple of complaints. The elevators were a nightmare. One of 4 didn’t work at all and the other 3 were extremely slow. We waited on the elevators about every time we left the condo. Sometimes as long as 20 minutes. My other issue was the air conditioning. It is setup to shut off if the doors or windows are left open. That I understand completely but it should be set to give more than 30 seconds. Also the air conditioner shut down several times when all the doors and windows were closed and had been for at least a hour.

Sunrise Beach West End Corner

Property overall was great. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Felt really at home. Wrap around balcony provided great views! Maybe add some bath linens to eliminate washing towels/washcloths daily. Beach chair staff seemed to be more attentive and cordial to paying customers versus the groups included in rental. Pool was closed one afternoon without explanation. Our expectations were met overall. We will definitely book this property again.

Great Location and Beautiful Sunsets

This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and Pier Park. The sunset view is fabulous. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Bedrooms were also well furnished--lots of closet and drawer space.

Loved the condo! Loved the parking situation.

Only thing I didn't like was the pool on the 5th floor instead of beach level. Other than that it was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo, amazing view of the beach and the strip. Having free beach chairs was a definite plus. Plenty of room for mom, dad ,2 grandmothers and a 7 year old.

BEST Vacation Experience

Judy was very prompt with communication, the check-in process was easy. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The views from the balcony were amazing. We all had a great time (minus the weather) but tons of stuff to do in the condo like Netflix and play board games. It’s a very short elevator ride to the beach, the elevators were fast as well. Would love to stay again next year!

Best Place By Far

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. You have a great view of the main road where everyone drives back and forth. Within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in the Perfect Place

Fabulous in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. The building was very well maintained. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. And the view was amazing. Judy sent great directions for check in and was easy to reach. It was the spring break!

Beautiful Property.

Judy was super nice and easy to work with! Condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was my first visit to Panama City and I’m super impressed! The unit had a huge corner balcony which was my favorite thing!

Very nice condo with great view

This condo is very, very nice with a million dollar view. We usually beach trip to Destin/Miramar area, but tried PC this year because prices are unbeatable with the same beach. So that being said... weekends in PC are pretty crazy. Kind of reminds you of Spring Break... We arrived to bldg and had to wait about 5X for an elevator w/ enough room to take us to our floor. However, the week turned out to be fantastic with about a 40% decline in PC tourists, traffic, and much more respectful and friendly families remaining. The condo itself must be soundproof - awesome! It was very clean and nicely decorated, everything functioned perfectly. In the 6+ condos/houses we've stayed over the past ~12 years in FL, this condo is one of the tops and has perhaps the best condo complex view out of all of them. So... we may return to PC over Destin/30A next year. If we do, we'd definitely rent this condo again. The entire trip price was great, the condo extraordinary, and the older kind of funky beach restaurants and/or shops of PC have a kind of charm to them. Lots of stuff to keep the kids busy too - the dolphin ride at Gulf World, Lazer tag and hall of mirrors w/ some shopping at Pier Park, mini gulf and go carts, the little BarBQ place directly across the street, and Oishi Thai Restaurant are all excellent!

the condo was very nice. they put care into decorating it. kitchen was well furnished.

Sunrise is a very nice complex. the condo was very nice and had everything that we needed in the kitchen unlike a lot of other condo we have stayed at in the past. having two pools was nice because one of the days one of the pools was closed. sunrise is in a good location. we also grilled out one of the nights staying there.

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo. Had amazing view from our balcony. Had a lot of room for a family of 4 with an infant. Everyone there was very nice. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Was furnished very nicely.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

Our family had a wonderful stay!! This condo is the best!! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Very spacious with the layout. The owner and manager both are great !! Love this condo! Will stay again I hope soon.

The Best 🌴

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now. The condo is amazing and the views from the wrap around balcony are unbelievable!!! No complaints and will definitely be visiting this condo any time we vacation to PCB!!!
