Beautiful condo. Layout was perfect for 3 friends traveling together. Condo & balcony were spacious. We chose not to cook but kitchen was furnished with everything you would need. Can't wait to return.

Great place, very clean, well maintained and updated. However, please keep in mind that check out time is 10am, this can be challenging if you have a large family or group, additionally there are additional check out instructions with dishes and taking out the trash that take time, I would recommend Southern Coast (the property manager) to reconsider this policy, most hotels have a check out time of 11am. Other than that great condo.

Fabulous place

Very clean, huge balcony and great location. Didn’t need to drive very much as It was all centrally located walking distance.

Upon opening the door of the unit you could tell immediately it was dirty! Dust was everywhere and floors were sandy! Fans have about an inch of dust on them and mold is in the master bathroom air vent. We went to the master Suite and the bed frame was broken, the bed was collapsed in the middle and wood laying on the floor. I canned sun-coast as instructed and the lady said she would have a repairman come out. About 30 min later repairman Gary called my phone asking what the problem was and saying he wasn’t sure what I wanted him to do about it but it’s 5 o clock and he has to go get his kid and he hung up. Suncoast then called me back and stated she was sorry but other emergencies had taken priority and they would not be able to come until tomorrow sometime! I told her the repairman had called me and she stated he should have never called me! I told her this was unacceptable as we had no where to sleep for the night! Finally Tony another repairman was sent to fix it and did! The following morning we were woken up by the smoke detector chirping constantly, called suncoast and were told to just press the reset button every time it happens which required a chair to be stood on to do!!!! The dryer in the unit had a puddle of water in it we had to clean out also before trying to use. The place was definitely updated and it was pretty it just was not cleaned and gone over after the last guests left! Sun coast also was not very friendly to deal with.

Outstanding updated condo 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite condo in the last 4 trips we have made to Panama City. This corner end unit had plenty of space for a family of 6. The view was perfect. The refrigerator was large and had 2 ice makers. The sofa and 2 recliners were a hit! They were super comfortable and electric reclining on all of them made watching a movie very nice. The master bed was a little stiff for my wife but perfect for me. The kids had no complaints on their rooms. The master bath LUXURY toilet equipped with bidet, seat heater, fan, and push button seat lift was a nice touch of the finer things in life! The facility itself was well maintained and clean. I made several comments on how well the staff managed this property. Their attention to detail on cleanliness was noticed. Overall I give it a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.
