Located directly across the street from the emerald coast, there is a crosswalk allowing quick passage to Rick Seltzer Park. This public beach access provides restrooms, outdoor showers and lifeguards allowing you to enjoy hours at the beach.

When you are done at the beach, this home has everything your family needs to relax and enjoy each other. The floorplan of this 3 story home provides large gathering spaces with private sleeping accommodations all with ensuite bathrooms.

You are greeted on the main level by a large family room that flows into a well equipped eat-in kitchen. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy meals at home. You will also find a first floor laundry, bedroom and a full bath. The bedroom acts as a 2nd master with a Queen bed, ensuite full bath, and views of the pool and patio. It is a quiet retreat perfect for older guests or those who cannot do stairs.
The heated saltwater pool sparkles in the day time sun and has a shallow 12 inch deep splash area perfect for sunbathing or little ones. At night the pool transforms into a relaxing retreat with romantic LED lighting.

As you make your way to the second floor you will find a spacious landing with built-in desk for guests who need to work or attend online classes. The large master suite is off to the right with a king bed and a private balcony with Gulf Views. The large ensuite bath has double sinks, a whirlpool soaker tub and a large walk in shower. To the left of the landing is the third bedroom filled with bunk beds and a full bath with tub and shower for all the kids.

As you make your way to the third level you are greeted by a large media room/fourth bedroom. This space boasts a large flat screen TV, power reclining sofa, sleeper sofa, wet bar, bunk beds and a half bath. From here you can access the large third floor balcony. This outdoor entertaining space has a picnic table as well as plenty of chairs. It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy each other while taking in the tantalizing Gulf Views. This home and its top of the line finishings truly has everything you need for a memorable and luxurious vacation!

This is strictly a NON-SMOKING home. Violations will be fined.
Pool heat is $75/night (must be for length of stay).

Parties or large groups strictly prohibited.
No unauthorized guests. Must be listed on rental agreement to be on premises.

TOWELS / LINENS:
Beach Towels NOT provided.
The white towels and linen (and blankets/duvets) provided are not to be taken outside. Please utilize your washer and dryer and advise of any staining immediately. This would be covered under your damage waiver, but we will need to re-stock the home upon your departure.

EXTERIOR security cameras are on the property for the protection of the property and our rental guests.

STARTER SETS
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.
