Kolea Landing Modern Beach House w/ Double Suite and Third Bedroom Option

Aloha and Welcome to Kolea Landing
A short walk (less than 400 steps to be exact) and you will be relaxing at Lanikai Beach! Our 2,200 sf guest house is the perfect blend of island and modern living. Our guest house has a master bedroom (king bed) with an en suite bathroom, a second master bedroom (king bed) with an attached bathroom, and for groups (5-6 person) we have a third bedroom (two twin xl beds), for groups of 4 or less our third bedroom will be locked. Our guest house is complete with a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai. Our property also includes 2 off street parking, which is coveted if you have ever been to Lanikai. Prime location and tons of amenities!

The space
Island life meets modern luxury. Hawaii is all about nature and our guest house emulates the calm and peaceful serenity that embodies Kailua. Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs (see photos). Air Conditioning is provided in each room with separate controls, motorized blackout roller shades in each bedroom and privacy shades everywhere else. Fast 300 Mbps WiFi and cable tv. Amazon Alexa controls for lights. Amazon Music provide on Alexa. There is a smart home remote that can control lights, shades, and fans. We also provide a beach wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for our guest!

Guest access
Private guest house has a private yard and patio. Keyless (4-digit) guest specific pass code will be provide after booking prior to arrival.

Other things to note
We aim to provide you with worry free accommodations. We do have a cleaning fee to ensure that our guest suite is cleaned thoroughly (check our reviews!). We don't have chore lists or tasks that you need to do. We would love to meet you, but also totally respect your privacy, if you need anything or have any questions we are usually able to respond or answer questions within the hour. We strive to provide sustainable and organic products as much as possible. Shampoo conditioner and body wash are sustainable and non-toxic organic coconut body wash, shampoo and conditioner from Zogics. This home is equipped with solar water heating and photovoltaic electricity. Driveway is shared with the owner/host, however guests have two parking spaces available.

Lanikai (Ka'ohao) is absolutely breathtaking. From the serene white sand beach to the Pillboxes (Ka'iwa Ridge) spectacular view, few places have it all. Lanikai beach and the Pillbox hike are a few minute walk from our guest suite (2-4 min). Kailua beach is right around the corner and Kailua Town shopping and dining is a few minutes drive.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive day minimum. There is no penalty for early departures so you can book for a shorter stay as agreed upon on the site. This is in accordance with City and County of Honolulu ordinance section 19-18. A 30 rental agreement to be included.
