Location de 30 jours minimum, ce 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec piscine privée est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer. Toute la propriété est entourée d'un paysage luxuriant, de beaux palmiers et de fleurs tropicales. La cour spacieuse est parfaite pour bronzer, faire un barbecue ou profiter de votre cocktail préféré après un plongeon dans la piscine. Vous préférez le sable blanc et les eaux turquoises de la plage de Lanikai? La propriété est idéalement située à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage de Lanikai.

La maison principale comprend une chambre principale avec lit king, TV et salle de bain en suite. La chambre d'amis a un lit queen et une salle de bain séparée. L'espace salon est chaleureux et confortable avec une lumière chaude et naturelle, un sol en bambou et une vue sur la piscine et le paysage. Et pour votre confort ultime, la maison est entièrement climatisée!

La cuisine mise à jour est entièrement équipée et comprend une cuisinière vitrée et un four, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour concocter votre repas préféré.

Amazing getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our two young children and none of us wanted to leave! The property is well-equipped, comfortable, with an amazing location (basically across the street from the beach), fast wifi and looks exactly like the pictures! The house is also conveniently stocked with all the water toys / beach equipment that you could want. Finally, we have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never met anyone as responsive / helpful as Lisa, the property manager (thank you Lisa for making our stay so fabulous!). We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Lanikai

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic month in Lanikai to a neighborhood we lived in for 11 years up till 2014. The house was perfect, spotless, and well appointed for all our needs. The kitchen was perfect for my wife (a certified executive chef) to prepare wonderful meals . Location was ideal and the support we had from the manager was outstanding and FAST. The layout with 2 beds 2 baths in the main house and a separate area for the 3rd bed and bath was an outstanding situation.

Almost the perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent vacation rental but..Pros & ConsPros:-Close to the beach (76m walk)-Big yard in the front and a smaller on on the side(cottage)-Host was welcoming and helpful-28 min to waikiki-Enough space for 8-10 people if needed-Sun from 8am(cottage)/10am (poolside) to 4pm-The yard provides shadow throughout the day-Amenities were goodCons:-Lots of flies and mosquitoes at times-Flooring needs a full makeover-Cleaning needs to be improved and was not worth the 400$ at all(behind and in between couch was packed with dirt)-Neighborhood is loud and noisy most of the time-Host should keep a 2 day hold between visitors to provide a late checkout (which host states themselves)Traveling from Norway to Hawaii (30+ hours)We would definitely see ourselves staying here again, IF..Owners has decided to put a minimum of 90 days which makes no sense for most families travling overseas, if the owners would change and be more flexible with dates, we would consider staying for our next trip, next year.

Thank you for your thorough review. Sorry about the flies/mosquitos in particular as we have the landscaping sprayed regularly and have not heard this issue from past guests. Will discuss with our vendor. Just to be clear, the 90 day minimum is new legislation passed by the Honolulu City Council and Mayor's office - it is not the homeowner, nor our decision. The law is being challenged and it is our hope that a compromise will be reached so that reservations like your (30+ days) may continue. Will keep you posted. Once inside the grounds you are enveloped in a well-manicured and private, secluded setting to enjoy a Hawaiian paradise. Just hundred yards away is famous Lanikai Beach. We enjoyed several barbeques poolside and visited the lovely town of Kailua. The house is also a perfect starting point to explore the rest of Oahu. The house is completely updated and the Property Management is professional, courteous, and extra friendly. Highly recommended without any reservations.

The home was in a fantastic location and provided many amenities. The property manager greeted us and even left a delicious homemade cake pudding with custard. I would definitely recommend this property.
