We had a few issues with toilet and electrical and they were very quick to respond. The house is very large and the amount of silverware and cups/dishes need to be upgraded to accommodate large parties. We enjoyed both decks and the amazing rooftop view is 5 star!

The property is so conveniently located 1 block from the beach and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. Parking is tricky if your car is large.

We had a nice stay at the property. There were two issues we found when we checked in. I called the Property Manager right away and was told someone would be over soon to look at the issues. Nobody came that day. I had to call back the next morning and they finally sent someone out.This is no reflection to the house or the property manager. The house was great and had plenty of room. The rooftop decks were amazing.

House was in a great spot and very walkable to the beach and downtown balboa. It was clean and the house would respond within 24 hours. However, many things were not working or properly maintained. We would reach out to the host and they’d have someone out the next day to fix it which was great but then you are without a working toilet, or air conditioning, or shower, etc. Overall, great house and great location and we would recommend it.

Great location, amount of space and amenities. Access is easy, with key code. Also I like how they do a “no chores” concept where you just pack up and leave. So many offerings give you a list of 20 things you need to take care of or else face being assessed fees. Very responsive to text communication too.

Easy to work with, beautiful property, location is great - near great little cafes and the beach. Spacious house with lots of room for 8 of us. Would definitely rent from host again.

Location was solid and the amenities were good as well. Would have appreciated an upgrade on the beds overall comfort. The house was clean and well prepped for our stay. Cannot say enough good things about how the Beachview went out of their way to accommodate us. Their efforts alone are worth 5 stars.

Large & Comfortable

Larger than needed house with comfy accommodations. Wonderfully close to the beach and close to great restaurants and sites. Great place for a large family. Loved the long dining room table that could accommodate a large group.

The house is a great space for 11 people! The location is also great. We easily found parking. The beds are on the hard side. It would be nice to have labels on what is in cabinets. The downstairs shower is difficult to operate. Overall a great place to stay for a large group!

Great house for a family to enjoy.

Great house and awesome location. 1 house away from the beach, walking distance to food. Great little bar 2 blocks away. We stayed with family, a total of 9 people and we had plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!!

I highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family stay. Plenty of space to spread out and give each family their own bathroom. We loved the location…walking distance to coffee and breakfast and of course the beach! House was furnished with all the cleaning start ups needed to easily keep the house organized during our stay. I highly recommend!

House was fantastic. Close to so many activities. Walk to fun zone. Walk and ferry to Balboa island. Walked to the pavilion to take the whale/dolphin boat. Saw hundreds of dolphins. Had a great adventure with our kids and grandkids. Highly recommend.

The house has so much room!

When staying in a beach community, it's all about the location, and this place is in a great location. Both beach and boat access, within walking distance to the main area, markets, etc. The house is simply gorgeous; I will definitely come back with my family over the summer! The house has so much room! Thank you for such a wonderful time.

a once lovely home in need of some TLC. No hot water at kitchen sink. Floors are very dirty. porous stone is a terrible idea for a rental.The layout worked well for us. especially loved the roof decks. Great location.
