BEAUTIFUL Lakefront Home on NORRIS LAKE

Brand New rental home located on the point in Powder Mill. This spacious home is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the majestic Norris Lake. Home has two upstairs spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom and satellite tv and tv's , Living Room with spectacular views and dinning room with large dinning table as well as large TV and Satellite. Open floor plan, Living room dinning room and kitchen all together. Propane grills located just outside kitchen in the back of home.
Downstairs has a kitchenette area with refrigerator and sink. Two additional bedrooms with their own full baths as well. Downstairs area has plenty of seating and large flat screen TV with satellite.

Super comfy and practical cabin! The host was great with communication and the views are insanely beautiful. The only thing is the dock—it’s pretty worn out and could use some fixing. But honestly, everything else was excellent!

Multigenerational family stay! 4th time to the lake and this is the only property that we would want to rent again. LOCATION is everything! House was spacious and access to the dock was the easiest we have had at Norris thus far.We didn't have any internet while we were there (might have been a user error). If you are coming with a large group, bring paper products, plastic utensils, and dish and hand soap. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for hosting. Sounds like a new dock is coming next year too!

Perfect set up for 4 couples

The 4 bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for us. House was great no complaints at all. We’re from northern Indiana so the steep driveways and steep walk to the lake takes getting used to. Small price to pay for beautiful lake Norris.

Norris lake never disappoints

We were 3 couples, total of 6 adults. This house is very nice and owners are local and genuinely care about us as guests as well as their property. Location is pretty quiet and took a gravel road to get there. Kitchen was well furnished. 20 minute drive to grab a boat for a day at Powell Valley Marina is about standard around Norris. The swim platform portion of the dock at the house needs replaced. Owner mentioned he has plans to do so next year. The 2 basement sleeping rooms don’t have windows and the beds are not comfortable. The house sets up better for 2 families with adults sleeping in the main bedrooms and kids crashing in the basement.Verizon cell service worked as good or better here than many other spots I have been. Other services, did not work. That said, our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend renting again

Best house ever!

Jeff was more than awesome to deal with. Above and beyond. House was like new and extremely clean. Location was perfect and a quiet cove. Many extra little things were available at the house such as lawn chairs, firewood, etc. We will definitely be back!

Fourth of July on Norris never disappoints

We had a wonderful holiday. The property was in a perfect location and was a perfect size for our group and the owner was fantastic and super easy to work with and had such a great knowledge of the area that he was able to give us a little tips that just Made things go even smoother
 The view from the top of the house or the bottom is absolutely beautiful and the walk up from the Dock area is one of the easiest That I have experienced on the lake. Also, the owner was kind enough to ship a couple items that we accidentally forgot and we will definitely go back.

House and view of lake were great. Furniture is outdated but didn’t bother us. We spent most of our time on back deck. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. It is a steep walk from house to dock but most homes on the lake are like that. Would’ve given a five star but dock is in bad shape and really needs to be replaced. One of our guests fell through a rotten wood spot and hurt leg pretty bad

We enjoyed the home very much, great location, very clean, dock was amazing. Being able to drive down to the dock was the biggest plus of all the homes we have stayed at. The only complaint anyone had was the beds downstairs were all four very uncomfortable, other than that, it was amazing.

Great time with friends

The house is beautiful with amazing views of the lake. The layout was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We brought 1 boat, but spent the majority of our time fishing and swimming off the dock. Jeff was super helpful and great to work with. It’s a bit of a steep walk up from the dock, stairs would help, but we made it work. We can’t wait to return to Norris Lake and will definitely be staying at this house again!!

Great place to stay!

Pro’s Property owner Jeff is great! Our boat broke and he drove a part out to the house for us! House and view are spectacular! It’s a great place! We loved it and will be back! If you are bringing a boat be sure to speak to Jeff prior. The road is single lane and you are unable to back the trailer in to any driveway on the road. The house is on a dead end road at the end of the street. There is no WiFi and only Verizon gets 1 bar of service. Furniture and bedding are dated. Driveway and walkways are very steep if anyone is older or has knee issues there are no stairs. Just something to consider.

Great Lake trip!

Family trip to Norris lake. Wonderful house in a great location on lake. Close to docks to rent boats. Jeff easy to get a hold of. Had a great stay!

Views that won't disappoint

Great home with plenty of room to spread out, upper deck was amazing to sit back after a day of boating and enjoy the sunset. Nice large dock was able to accommodate a 270 Sundancer with ease. Overall a great stay would highly recommend!!
