We suggest booking this cabin if available, it checks off all the boxes - Views, Indoor Pool, Theater Room, Aracade, Outdoor living and luxury finishes. It's a premium cabin and expensive, but has been designed to deliver.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The outdoor area is well suited for a cozy campfire and a quick dip into the hot tub. The lower level pool is a bonus and provides a luxurious feel. The main floor outdoor patio is awesome and has plenty of seating to watch a football game or any event/movie. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved by the resort staff. The resorts responses to any questions we had were incredibly swift and timely. A+++ to the staff.

Our family of 11 enjoyed movie nights with popcorn, swimming in the pool, the game room, and playing board games! A couple of items were not as shown in the online pictures (deck TV and basketball hoop were not there), but nothing that impacted the fun we had! Our trip was complete when we saw a bear from the kitchen window!!

It is very isolated and quite a drive up a winding road so keep that in mind if you would like easy access. However it was not cleaned very well before we checked in. There was some trash left on the floor and the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. It could use a good cleaning.

My kids were disappointed that the basketball goal was not there, but management said it had to be removed (due to damage). Someone before us broke a glass table outside on the upper deck and cleaned it up enough so that it wasn't readily noticeable - until you were stepping on small pieces of glass on both deck levels. Management was notified and was going to speak with housekeeping, although I don't blame them - I blame whoever halfway tried to cover it up and left a dangerous situation for for everyone else. Overall, I would stay with this company again and enjoyed our time in the Smokies.

Reviewer Comments: Lots of trash that we had to pick up near fire pit and hot tub upon arrival. Vaseline left in the movie theatre seats. Pool alarm did not work and could not relax with my 3 little ones running around. Primary tub flooded when I finally went to use it. One of the reasons I booked the cabin and did not get to use. Basketball goal was not even there my son was looking forward to that. Will not be booking again with you guys.

Over Priced but Nice! No Compensation No matter the Inconvenience

Reviewer Comments: We had to make the best of an unexpected Inconvenience, Couldn't check in until almost 3 hours after scheduled check in. Stains in tub and sinks/Broken Basketball goal/maintenance came out to help with arcade games not working/Red recliner next to doorway in Movie room broken! Furniture out of place/food left on the floor/bugs in the pool and in the pool area! When you spend that amount of money, you expect to have alot less issues. I didn't even name everything! The maintenance guy was nice and courteous in assisting with the issues. Just some things you don't want to deal with on vacation but it happens!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before I would recommend staying in this rental, I would like to warn everyone about ALL of the problems that we encountered with our stay. I chose this cabin for ALL of the amenities that it offered, however, when we arrived, NONE of the technology worked! We wasted 2 days of our 6 trying to get them to fix everything! Also, the big screen tv on the outdoor deck was MISSING! The Hot tub was freezing, and they finally sent a video to fix that! By day 3 of our 6 days, things started to finally come together. I wanted a cabin that had everything, and on paper, this one did, but did not deliver. Once most things got fixed, we did enjoy our stay, but we felt that for the price,we totally did not get what we paid also was full of ANTS and insects everywhere and we had bites all over us.The maintenance guy even told us that everything in that cabin needed updated and that they had so many rentals it was hard to get to them all! Don't let the pictures fool you. I'm sure this review will not be posted.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and think it is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. A few things we did not like and why I give it 4 stars. - The pool and hot tub take a day to warm up since the heater is not turned on until right before the guests arrive.- This cabin is bare bones. It would be great if there were some basic amenties such as a highchair, books, pack and play, blankets, board games, cards, salt and pepper, kids plates, a few more trash bags, movies, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, fire wood, etc. It feels like an investment property (maximize profit) and not an Airbnb. In fairness, it says in the listing these things are not provided. - The part I found most annoying about the entire experience was check in. Not only were we not allowed to check in early (even though there was no one staying the two previous nights) we weren't even given access to the cabin until 45 mins after the check in time which is already late in the day - 3 PM. There was no apology, no compensation, and no reason given. There was also no heads up as to when we would be given access. Additionaly check out is at 10 AM even if there is no one staying the next night. Seems unnecessary and not the service I would expect.

beautiful home but amenities NOT up to par

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the home but got the house for amenities more than anything. The basketball hoop was hanging barely ( Seems tough to find hoops in gatlinburg a part of the reason we got this one) and felt like it might fall off the whole time on us while shooting. The theatre room was unusable we called customer service they sent someone out but basically told us there was nothing they could do. Never watched a thing in there. Heads up we werent able to check in the place until 4:30 & the technician was there until 6. So if you have kids & traveling can be tough. Outdoor fireplace didnt work as well. The other amenities were awesome & bedrooms were great. Biggest reason we chose this model was the amenities & was more than willing to pay the price but when theres multiple issues with them it dampens the experience. Our family is big and does these types of trips often & dont plan to use elks resort here soon not because of their service ( thought that was great other than not being able to fix thing) Like tightening the rim? I' just not sure if the value was their especially without multiple big selling point in the house unavailable. Fun location. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend the way it was for us not sure if others have experienced similar. Tons of awesome houses in gatlinburg
