Sofia and her family and friends are goos people they take care the property They left everything clean, it will be a pleasure to have them here again.

It was a pleasure having Michael and his family, they followed all the rules, took out the trash and left everything clean, hopefully they will visit us again.

We feel very frustrated with guests like this, it is not fair all the work involved for someone with a heart like that to do this, with what interest, we do not know but we think there is something else behind. The truth is that she is lying we do not agree on anything she sainng here, In the house there has never been mold and the alarm never beeps unless there is smoke inside the room, the cat we do not know where it came from is not from us but the guest fed it and that is why it approached the house, the water lick that she mentions is somenthig very small the unless you look for it on purpose, it will not be see it, by the behavior of this person we believe that there are other personal interests, we think it is someone from the competition who does not like us to be there, cockroaches have never see one at any in 15 years, despite that it is ranch in the country with a lot of water, weeds where there are all kinds of wild animals and that if the guests leave the door open they are going to enter the house, there just to be carpet on the flor but but we decided to remove it because it was very difficult to keep it clean, the concrete floor is much easier to keep clean, an which is cleaned with chlorine after each reservation. The report that the worker gave us was that the lady was very distressed by her spilled the coffee on the bed and we believe that she is one of the people who would rather blame others than accept that they made a mistake plus we think she did it in porpuse.
