Perfect location

Very quaint cottage, we were able to walk to the Mystic Market and Sea Swirl. Very comfortable for my family of 6. Fenced in backyard, very private. Owner was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely would book again.

Mystic Memories

The house was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our kids and grandkids. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. Easy access to downtown Mystic and surrounding area.

Fun family get away

Julio was wonderful to deal with. The house was as pictured, beds were comfy & place was clean. The backyard was relaxing to enjoy a beverage before heading out for dinner. I don’t know why there is a hot tub listed (although not in pics & not on site). I wished there were hand towels & face cloths included with linens. Overall, I recommend Julio & his home!

Great location for a beach getaway!

My sister and friends stayed here to celebrate her bachelorette party and it was perfect! All 7 of us were comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. The backyard was great for hanging out and roasting some marshmallows. Great location, very close to the center of Mystic. Host was very communicative which we really appreciated!

Happily Surprised

Convenient reservation and check-in process. Owner very responsive before and during stay. Rental located in a nice neighborhood, close to all attractions, and well outfitted with everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again. Thank you!

Perfect Family Weekend in Mystic

Cozy coastal home

We booked for 5 adults and 2 children for a long weekend in Mystic, and everything was perfect! Lovely house, very cozy and well decorated. We felt right at home and even decided to stay at home rather than go out for dinner. Checking in and out could not have been easier and loved the thoughtful touches such as beach towels, beach bag, and even a few games!

Great space for families

A beautifully, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Our family consisted of two adults and two kids (ages 3 & 1). My husband and the kids LOVED the outdoor & indoor spaces. Very clean home with lots of hand sanitizer throughout if needed. Excellent communication with the host, who answered any and all of our questions. The lovely bottle of Prosecco to greet us was the perfect introduction to our vacation. Thanks for everything!

Great place in Mystic

Stayed here for a girls weekend with a group of 8 people. Plenty of space for sleeping and a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient large driveway for packing multiple cars. Property manager Julio is very responsive and helpful. Could have used more paper products like paper towels and toilet paper for our larger group, but were able to pick up what we needed from stores nearby.

Great stay in Mystic!

Wonderful stay in Mystic at this house. We were 2 families- 4 adults, 4 children (ages 3,3,1,1) with plenty of room! the house was quaint and charming and the backyard was spacious. Easy drive to all of Mystic sights and restaurants. The homeowner was so easy to talk to and so very responsive and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this house again in the future! thank you!

Close to everything

This property was close to everything, parks, the downtown, the aquarium and seaport museum. Julio was very helpful when we left our iPad behind. He sent it back without charging us for shipping.

Beautiful home close to all.

Beautiful home in the heart of Mystic. Short drive to everything you need. Clean and roomy home, close to everything in Mystic. After a long day of sightseeing, a wonderful place to come home to catch your breath and rest up. Beautiful backyard to sit with family and friends after a long day of traveling. Julio made for a smooth check in / check out. Definitely would stay here the next time we are in town!

Hi, Julio here. I split my time between NYC and Mystic and grew up in the area. I love the perfect blend of big city amenities and culture with timeless New England coastal charm that Mystic offers. Living here allows me to enjoy a morning jog along the shoreline, spend the day on the water kayaking or paddleboarding, and dine at world-famous restaurants just a quick walk away. Feeling very lucky to call this place my home!

My goal is for you to come and enjoy this beautiful area that I appreciate so much. Despite having lived in several big US cities and Europe, Mystic remains my top pick.

Bought this property for its ideal location - steps away from a beautiful cove with incredible views, yet walking distance to downtown Mystic and all the shops/restaurants. As a beach lover, I appreciate the 15-20 minute drive to the RI beaches.
