Maison coloniale de 300 ans

Incroyable maison coloniale, située à 3 minutes de l'I-95, entourée d'arbres et de champs. Seulement 5 minutes à Stonington Borough ou au centre-ville de Mystic, à 15 minutes du Connecticut College, Académie de la Garde côtière, le centre-ville de Westerly, à 20 minutes de Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Ocean Beach. Six personnes.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Les tarifs actuels sont 2018, alors réservez dès maintenant pour obtenir le meilleur rapport qualité-prix en 2019. Les taux vont augmenter dans la nouvelle année.

Trois chambres avec trois salles de bains au deuxième étage. Premier étage a salle à manger, manger dans la cuisine, grande grande salle et une bibliothèque séparée / salle de jeux. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, placard et télévision. Il y a un patio en pierre surélevé à l'arrière où vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder les chevaux paître dans leur pâturage. Vous pouvez également vous promener sur le terrain. nous avons des lapins sauvages, des dindes, des tamias et des écureuils à gogo, et beaucoup d'oiseaux à admirer

Nous vivons dans l'autre maison de la propriété et sommes généralement disponibles en personne ou par SMS si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pendant votre séjour. Cependant, nous travaillons tous les deux à temps plein et il faut parfois du temps pour répondre à un message.

We could not have asked for more accommodating hosts, perfect Thanksgiving venue, or home away from home vibe. This family gathering has been on our wish list for some time, and because of Sandra and Jim's flexibility, good nature and overall warm presence, we were able to pull it off. And best 4 night's sleep in years!!

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay here. We love older homes and this one fit the bill. Sandra was attentive to our needs/requests and was a pleasure to speak with. We loved seeing the horses right outside the windows. We would certainly stay here again.

Historic home

The home itself was an attraction. You can spend hours walking around, looking at the books, antique furniture, and just staring out the amazing farmhouse kitchen in the field with the horses. We spent five days in this home and it felt so comfortable. The proprietors are very kind and helpful with anything you need and I am truly looking forward to going back and staying again.

Beautiful 300 plus year-old property in small town. Good restaurants nearby, along with Mystic and casinos. Owners are phenomenal and easy to contact. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

This house is so cozy and has so much character. I came with a few friends for a relaxing weekend and got exactly that. The owner was very accommodating with check in and the house was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We loved all the fire places and the amazing kitchen. Loved are stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!

A great place

Perfect location, just far enough away from everything but 10-15 minutes to Mystic and Stonington Point. The property owners are lovely people. The house itself is worthy of a chapter in a book. Very nice former B&B full of character and history. We will stay here again.

Wonderful historic house

This is an amazing house if you like the character of houses from the 1700s. The kitchen is big and friendly with a commercial stove and lots of pots and pans. Great for cooks. Very nice hosts.

Charming house, great location

We booked the house for a family trip to celebrate my mom's 65th birthday, looking for enough space for 6 adults and our dogs, in close proximity to Mystic. The house was in a great location, with most of everything we wanted to visit about a 10 minute drive away. The house itself has a ton of charm and history to it. There was more than enough space for all of us and we enjoyed (and appreciated!) using the fireplace as this winter has been especially cold so far.

Wonderful Colonial House!

We had an excellent stay at the Edward Denison house! This is a fantastic authentic colonial experience. There are great spaces around every corner and very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Sandra and Jim are great hosts and very repsonsive! We very much enjoyed everything about our stay and loved meeting the horses on the grounds as well!

Relaxing

Lovely historical home near downtown mystic. I love the unique architecture of home with wonderful details and so many old books and antiques. The walk in fireplace in the sitting room was a real highlight of our stay. Easy access to all the shops, restaurants and marina. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Sandra was very kind to return my glasses as I had left them behind. Overall a relaxing few days in the autumn countryside.
