Welcome to The Kachina TreeHouse! The property is a rustic and modern cabin in the woods walking distance from the national forest and the pumphouse trail! Located in the forested community of Kachina Village yet convenient to downtown and NAU. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious backyard, large game room, and hammocks to relax in the trees after those long days playing in the outdoors. Our property is professionally managed by Tim Allen, West USA Realty Flagstaff.

While this home is not an actual tree house you'll see why we call it the "TreeHouse" when you see this gorgeous treed lot!

The rustic 3 bedroom cabin, with loft, is the perfect Mountain Getaway!

The Kachina TreeHouse is located in the forested neighborhood of Kachina Village, yet just a 15 minute drive from downtown Flagstaff!

The open living area is light and bright with beautiful vaulted ceilings! The gas fireplace heats the home and gives the space an amazing ambiance. There are also baseboard heaters in every bedroom to help banish the chill on cold evenings!

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas 5 burner range and gas oven is perfect for those that like to prepare their own meals during their stay. Just add food and your own unique cooking style!

Each bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable queen sized bed, comfy linens and easy access to the bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft with a queen bed and 2 double beds!

Follow the spiral staircase downstairs into the game room! You'll find the laundry machines, a pool table, and a number of games to enjoy!

The backyard is spacious with lots to enjoy! You'll find cornhole, hammocks, and even horseshoe! The deck includes a propane grill, seating for 6 comfortably and we supply the propane. Relax on the deck and watch the sunset paint the sky before catching sight of the breathtaking stars!

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

The Pinball machine is currently not functioning. We hope to have it up and running again soon!

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
