Beautiful Bayview 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Masonry Condo. With extra big Balcony. Pool, washer and dryer, full kitchen, sleeps 7, and easy access to the unit by Elevator. The building is located in North Ocean City. Updated Sliding Glass Doors and Hot Water Heater. Nicely furnished.

Enter through our very clean condo complex and then see the bay (and spectacular sunset colors) in the distance from the expansive balcony. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV.

We try to conserve water but if you're staying five nights or more, use our washing machines and dryer - no charge.

Beautiful Location

We loved staying here! So convenient for a quick weekend getaway! Everything was so clean when we arrived. I love that all the bed sheets and towels were included. Communication with Doug and Queenie was wonderful! Easy to get into the condo with lock pad and free parking! The view of the bay is stunning! We will stay here again!

Great vacation getaway

We booked this place got there and it was by far the best place we've ever booked. Great quiet Bayside location yet close to everything there is to do in ocean city, MD. Landlord is awesome with great communication back and forth. Most Definitely recommend this spot.

Always a pleasure

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s so great not needing a single thing while you visit. Everything you need (besides food, of course) is provided. The sunsets are incredible, the neighbors are so kind, and the building is very quiet. The bed is also so comfortable! Do yourself a favor and book it. You won’t be sorry. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful view, great shore experience

If you’re looking for the smell, the feel of the beach and beautiful bayside views OCMD look no further! Doug and Queenies place at Ponte Vista provided me and my family everything we needed. They were very accommodating and made the checkin process very simple. We would definitely come back. Their unit was very nice and clean. It was comfortable to sleep in and their couches were great. The washer and dryer were a plus since we have young ones. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo and location

We rented this condo for our daughter’s week-long softball tournament in OC and Salisbury. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The bed and pullout couch were comfortable. Our girls enjoyed the pool and watching the sunset over the bay. Love that the balcony walked out to a deck area with stairs to the docks and pool. Would definitely recommend!

The best place to stay!

I’ve always stayed in this building every time I’ve visited ocean city but this was the first time staying in this particular unit and I’m so happy I did. Everything is there for you to walk in and enjoy your stay. The hosts are great. I’m going back again in 2 weeks! Thank you!

Amazing!!

The condo was perfect! Even better than the pictures. We loved the extended balcony and the ease of getting to the pool. We caught a crab off the dock, did some fishing, even rented a boat and went out to clam. They thought of everything with this condo! We didnt need to bring anything but ourselves and clothes.

Cozy Condo in Ocean City

This condo was an excellent fit for my family. We took our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the bay with a full Waterview. It has a fully functional kitchen and is a very short drive from the Ocean City beach/boardwalk, excellent restaurants, and local attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an wonderful stay at the condo! The host were helpful and communicative and we loved the space and the location. The pool and the balcony were favorites of ours and of our kids. We will look to book again!

Hosts that care!

Cleanliness is at the top of our checklist, and obviously for the hosts of this condo as well. Lots of touches to make the stay comfortable. Good furniture, extra TP, PT if needed. Shampoo, soaps, plenty of towels. There was even some individual coffee creamers in the fridge marked “for the guests”. So accommodating and much appreciated!!

Owners Very Responsive

This property is in an excellent location right on the bay and overlooking the pool. It was particularly good for us, as we enjoyed fishing and crabbing right off the dock. We found it to be a very quiet, enjoyable vacation. The elevator makes it easy to bring luggage up and there is plenty of free parking; several covered disabled spots too. Owner was very responsive to questions and we appreciated that! Would recommend to any senior couple who just wants to relax.

Incredible View

Don't look any further, rent this place! It seriously has everything you need. It's clean, comfy, and you'll get great hospitality from Queenie and Doug. Our favorite part was the view over the bay where we watched the sunset each evening. We really enjoyed the pool with our 8 month old daughter. Oh and the view of the bay right from the pool is amazing too! Too many good things to list in a review, but the place was tastefully decorated, furniture was pretty and comfy, TV set up allowed us to access streaming services, pool water warm, and seriously the place is just so clean. Actually the entire building and shared property is really well kept. Queenie and Doug check in and are quick to respond to messages. We are saving this listing because this is where we want to stay on our next trip back to OCMD!

Exactly as described!

Came down to OC for a few days after visiting family in Baltimore. Just wanted a little getaway and Doug and Queenie’s place was perfect for it! We loved that it was off the main stretch and in a quiet area, with beautiful views of the bay. Sitting outside on the patio and taking in the sunsets was amazing! The property is just as described. Definitely recommend! 😊
