Jump into summer year-round at this beautiful oceanfront townhome, Sandpiper 95070, located on wonderful Amelia Island!

The perfect location for an unforgettable beach getaway, Sandpiper offers all the luxuries that one can expect from a beachfront property, as well as the greater comforts of home. Decorated with bright, beachy colors and modern furnishings, you are sure to feel immediately refreshed when entering. Tall windows and sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural light, as well as serene sea breezes. The open concept living area allows for easy conversation and socializing between the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with updated stainless steel appliances, and the comfortable dining and living areas.

This home includes two bedrooms: a king size master bedroom with an updated ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom, offering three twin beds. An additional bathroom, also fully updated, can be found, as well as an in-home laundry unit. Enjoy the picturesque views from either the master bedroom's own balcony or from the oceanside deck, directly accessible through the main living area. This property is just steps away from the ocean and includes direct beach access! Come enjoy this perfect island abode!

This property is perfectly situated on the island, just a short walk from The Ritz Carlton and the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Pool access is also included for guests at the nearby complex. Take a break from your worries by riding bikes along the beach, fishing on the surf, or venture over to Historic Downtown, only a few minutes away, and enjoy exploring the shops and restaurants there. Also nearby are such attractions as Fort Clinch State Park, Egan's Creek, Amelia Island Museum of History, and many more!

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful villa and we wish we could have completed our stay there but the electricity went out due to a storm and the next morning when it came back on the living room and a wall of outlets in the dining area kept tripping off and we had no internet. We spent a complete day waiting on help and the electrician came and could not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the modem was connected in the living room, which kept tripping off. We were placed at another location in Sandpiper Loop and had no troubles during the remainder of our stay. We hate that we lost a full day of our vacation dealing with issues and having to unpack and repack our belongings. The only other issues we had was not having a pool card and a key to the gate from the boardwalk, (the paperwork in the binder mentioned that they were there and if not returned would be $50 for each item if they were missing). We had no way of securing our belongings while going to a walk on the beach. We were not sure why we could not obtain the gate key since we saw lots of other vacationers in Sandpiper Loop using a key to get back and forth to and from the beach. We appreciate the property managers working so quickly to get us into another place and keeping in close contact with us during these issues.

The screens on the sliding doors did not operate and was a little concerned with the cameras inside the entryway of the condo and on the back deck.

Great house!

We stay at homes on the Sandpiper Loop often and this home didn’t disappoint. It was clean and stocked well. Easy checkin and check out and good communication with mgmt. We don’t love all the cars on the beach and it’s worth mentioning if you have small kids/toddlers. But we just walk to the right a bit away from the area they’re allowed. Everyone is always super friendly.

Exactly as advertised

I have been disappointed before when homes did not meet expectations based on their pics. This home was great. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and right by the boardwalk out to the beach. It was well equipped and updated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and wonderfully located

We very much enjoyed our stay! Loved the convenience to the beach being on the corner by the walkway. Very clean and we loved the balcony. It was well stocked and provided the most perfect family spring break for our first time at Amelia Island.

Amazing property and location!

Literally steps away from the beach, this property has it all - plenty of living space for friends and family, a nice backyard area for our kids to play, community pool, and of course right next to the boardwalk to the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Beachy Vacay

Property is exactly as advertised. Three level with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has 3 single beds. One bedroom has one king bed. Step off porch on to dunes. Location is gorgeous. Awesome view from balcony. Had a great time here. Completely recommend. Easy to horseback ride. We also tried hang gliding. Sailing etc. Cute town on island (20 minutes away) with shops, bars. Grocery store a mile away. Great parks are nearby. Watched dolphins, osprey, and crabs go by. Property in good condition. Shower pressure good. Communication handled through text and access via a front door password, which was very convenient. Small annoyance was the WiFi password was slightly off. Capitalized first letter of WiFi password incorrectly. But wrong codes and passwords are unforgivable in business. Another minor issue was that the side gate is locked and no key was available. So no way to lock the sliding glass doors in back when down at the beach. You can’t lock the back doors and go out the front door unless you want to climb over a fence. Maybe a mention in the introductory text message would be good if a gate key is available. Lights flickered sometimes. Note: No real waves here so surfers need to travel a few minutes north or south. Locals know the only places with breaks. Flattest ocean I’ve ever seen.

The place we did stay however, 1365 Shipwatch, was very nice. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us and nicely furnished. The view of the ocean was beautiful.

Wonderful beach getaway!

This was a great property! With views of the ocean and literally just easy steps from the beach, you just can’t beat the location. The accommodations met our needs for conversation and relaxation, and included all the necessary amenities. Newly remodeled, it was very clean and comfortable. It was just the right size for our group of 4. Our only complaint is that we had to launder the bath towels the first evening we arrived before we were able to use them. Surprisingly, we noticed the ones hanging on the towel racks smelled of cigarette smoke. As we were expecting a smoke free property, there was no other smoke aroma or evidence of smoke, so we assumed that the smell may have come from housekeeping. Overall, the quality and convenience of this condo contributed to a delightful and memorable beach holiday!!

Wonderful!

Lovely! Cannot wait to come back! Easy to find, ample parking in the driveway, smooth check in process. Everything is modern and updated, and just steps from the sand. Plenty of supplies and cooking items, seating for dining, and the giant sofa was so comfortable for my tall guys. Appreciate having ample doormats to catch the sand. Quiet, peaceful area where we watched the horses come and go next door, and turtles, rabbits, birds, and snakes in the gorgeous natural dunes all from our balcony. We enjoyed sunrise with our coffee from the downstairs covered porch or right from the master bed. The one community pool is quite small, but we stayed on the beach all week so it didn’t affect us. Golf is up the street or next door, your pick. Pretty decent dining options ranging from sandy beach bars to the Ritz Carlton next door. The ONLY things I would personally appreciate for a property of this caliber is adding a TV in the 2nd bedroom and while the master bed was not horrible, but could be made sooo much better with a thick memory foam topper under the protective cover. Overall, a fantastic family beach trip made easy by a wonderful property. Thank you!
