★Living Area:
As you enter the villa, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room.
You will enjoy the living area with its tiled floor that brightens the room, and comfortable furniture: white couches, TV, small desk as your working area, side tables...Large windows bring in light.
The brown dining table seats 4 guests.
On your right, you will find a beautiful glass table that seats 4 guests.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen includes appliances and amenities such as microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blander, dishwasher, fridge, dishes....

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated with a cream-colored king-size bed and matching night stands, a chest of drawers and a TV. Large sliding doors allow you to access the quiet lanai.
The second bedroom features 2 single beds, TV and closet.

★Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms feature a toilet, sinks and showers (no tubs).

★Laundry:
The washer/dryer are located in a built-in cupboard.

★Outdoor Space:
The screened-in outdoor area is perfect for a relaxing moment with its table and 4 chairs and nice view!

★Parking:
The villa comes with a garage.

★Pool:
The Village des Pins Community features an outdoor pool! Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

Great location as well! The Village des pains Residence is a 15 min drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach with its vacation vibe, restaurants, bars...
15 min to Turtle Beach.
20 min to downtown Sarasota.

- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
