—TOP FLOOR—
KITCHEN - The fully stocked, open-concept kitchen is the perfect size to cook meals and prepare snacks for the whole family or several couples. The island offers more prep space and 2 additional seats.

DINING - To the kitchen's right is a spacious dining room table that comfortably seats 6. Eat, drink, play games, and socialize in this space.

LIVING - The living area features a ton of natural light from the sliding glass doors and windows. The sliding glass doors lead to the top deck with a table, other outdoor seating, a swing, and a hot tub. You’ll be able to unwind on 1 of the 2 soft sofas, and there is an additional comfortable chair by the TV. The TV is mounted above the indoor fireplace, perfectly viewable from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

HALF BATHROOM - Located off the living room.

OFFICE - In the corner of the dining area is a simple desk, perfect for sneaking in a little work during your vacation.

BEDROOM / BATHROOM 1 - King bed on the top level with 2 night tables, a dresser, TV, closet, and direct hot tub access. Full bathroom with walk-in glass shower and 2 sinks, accessed directly from the bedroom.

DECKS - The home has 2 full-length decks facing the ocean, with ocean views. The top deck has plenty of seating and a hot tub. The second-floor deck has additional seating and a staircase to access the backyard. An additional overlook deck is on the opposite side of the home, facing the intercoastal waterway.

—SECOND FLOOR—

BEDROOM / BATHROOM 2 - King bed on the second level with 2 night tables, a dresser, TV, and closet. Full bathroom with 1 sink accessed directly from the bedroom.


BEDROOM / BATHROOM 3 - Queen bed on the second level with a night table, dresser, TV, and closet. Full bathroom with 2 sinks accessed directly from the bedroom.


KITCHENETTE & DEN - The kitchenette and den area is located on the second floor, in between the bedrooms and across from the laundry area. The den offers 2 love seats with a TV, a small high top table, and deck access with ocean views. The kitchenette is directly off the den, accessible by the pocket doors. This space has a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There is a half bathroom by this area as well.

LAUNDRY - The laundry closet is located in the hallway on the second floor, easily accessible by bedrooms 1 and 2. It is directly beside the elevator.


—GROUND LEVEL—

BACKYARD - The backyard is fenced-in and gives guests a private saltwater pool with a picnic table and lounge seating, an outdoor shower, and close proximity to the beach access.

ELEVATOR - The elevator is located immediately when you walk into the home and can stop at all floors. It’s the perfect size to carry luggage up/down or assist a guest who needs to avoid the stairs.

PARKING - The backyard is fenced-in and gives guests a private saltwater pool with a picnic table and lounge seating, an outdoor shower, and close proximity to the beach access.

LINENS - Clean and well-maintained linens are provided through a 3rd party vendor. All linens come wrapped for sanitary purposes.

BEACH CHAIRS - 6 beach chairs are provided for your use.

PET POLICY - Pets are allowed with owner approval. An additional fee of $150 per pet will be added to your reservation. We allow a maximum of 3 pets at Island Asylum.

RENTAL POLICY - Guests must be 25 to book and not open to parties or events.
