Quick walk to the Beach

You will love watching the sunset from the back deck of this second story condo! We are just steps from the beach and have plenty of room for your family.

You can spend your day at the beach and come back to relax by the pool. You can also check in with the office at our remote work station, equipped with an extra monitor and adapters.

We are located within walking distance of Casino Square, which means some fun nights at the arcade and visits to Perkins Cove Candies!

Second time staying here and it never disappoints. Location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, playpark, shops, food. Minutes away from amazing restaurants. This is our go to stay every year for our family vacation in maine!

We have stayed at a lot of rentals but this was by far our family's favorite place. We felt so at home. The proximity to walk to the beach was great and Erika was quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time, the location is perfect. The pool is a great extra. Everything was perfect, Erika is a lovely lady and excellent host. Responded immediately to all my questions. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at.

Our new go to vacation spot!

Perfect location especially if you have little ones. Stayed here with my 1.5 year old & husband and we had a blast. So convenient to be walking distance to beach and have the pool there. We loved watching the sunset at night on the back porch! Plenty of space, very clean & host was very responsive to any questions! Already looking forward to staying again next year.

Perfect getaway!

We were two families with a total of two adult adults and six kids ranging from ages 3 to 14, celebrating the end of the school year. The property was perfect and the owners were so helpful and responsive! There was enough room for all of us, it was super clean, the two decks had amazing views. It was such a short walk to the beach and also to other area activities like the playground, arcade and ice cream! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, 2 minutes from the beach

This lovely property was perfect for our family vacation. Very pretty and clean with a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The highlight was definitely de 2 minutes walk to get to the beach! Host was also lightning quick with answering questions. Would surely recommend!

Lovely spot close to the beach

This property was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and had all the amenities you need. The back deck was wonderful for the early morning breeze and watching the sun set in the evening. The beach really is a 2 min walk. Great location that is quiet yet only minutes away from dining and shopping. Would highly recommend if looking for a relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home!

Location!

We stayed for a week with my two children (3 and 5). The location of the beach was amazing! It was so close that we could go in the morning, come home for lunch, and go back later in the afternoon! Having a full kitchen made meal times easy and gave us so many options. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the views off the deck too! We can’t wait to go back when there is availability again!

Very welcome change of pace. 5 stars all overall. One small suggestion is that 1 bathroom for 2 elders and 2 teens and others can be a challenge at times. Lack of table space for dining is also a challenge. Really nice place and enjoyed. Chaz G

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed here with our 15 month old and 3 year old. The 2 minute walk to the beach was amazing! Quiet street with beautiful view of the marsh. The condo was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. The sea breezes through the open windows were awesome and kept us cool on the warmer days. It was the perfect set up for us and we hope to stay again!

Revisiting Wells

My family and I used to come to Wells every year for summer vacation, but we haven’t been for probably 20+ years. This property made our visit back better than I could have imagined. The beach was just a short walk, the option of the front porch (with incredible sunsets) or back porch (where you could hear the ocean), was fantastic. The unit was decorated so well and the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying here and would love to come back. Perfect for a family vacation.

Great home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wells, and this property did not disappoint! Very clean, cozy, nicely decorated & has everything you need - just like home. The quick walk to the beach and the proximity to some of our favorite restaurants & stores in the area was a bonus! My family group included our 2yo grandson & we were very comfortable in this condo. We are already thinking of a return trip & hope this rental will be available!

Magical Views

This well equipped property has magical views of Wells ME marshes. It is just steps to the ocean, and has a pool great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The vaulted living area and kitchen are comfortable for hanging out and watching TV. I can’t say enough good things about the super clean property and its excellent landlords, Who are easy to communicate with and who get back to you right away should you have any questions. This is a great rental!

Home is as advertised, the location is great, with a short walk to the beach and pool access was a nice bonus. The area was quiet and close to so much. This might be our new favorite places to stay!

Amazing Sunsets

Cozy condo, well furnished, well located near the water, and a deck with views of the most incredible sunsets. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time here. It was good from start to finish.

Absolutely Perfect!

Erika's place is perfect for both just a couple or two families. The rooms were set up perfectly for two couples and kids! It is fresh and clean, everything there that was needed and the best part was you can go to the beach at any time, with a 2 minute walk. The pool was fantastic for the between beach dips, the deck space was great for sand and wet suits and to hang out while grilling! Catch the sunrise and the sunset easily from this home! We will definitely be returning and can not wait!

Wonderful Escape

This is a wonderful place just steps from the beach. Lots of room for everyone and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and everything you need for a great getaway. The owners were wonderful to work with.
