This updated ocean getaway accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms as well as an additional sleeping area located on the second floor. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, two dressers, a smart TV and a full ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a closet for extra storage. The final bedroom, fitted with three twin beds, includes a dresser and a closet.

There are three bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom located on the first floor is situated between the secondary and twin bedrooms, and has a walk-in shower. The third bathroom is located on the second floor, easily accessible from the kitchen and living room for convenience.

The second floor of the home features a large, open-concept space which hosts the kitchen, dining area and living room.

The bright and airy chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's a large island with three bar seats - a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while the chef of your group makes breakfast. Enjoy the full coffee bar which has all the coffee necessities you'll wish for. The dining area has a spacious table that seats 8 comfortably.

The living room is kitted with a smart TV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The sectional couch seats 7, and there's an additional seating area in the back of the room with a loveseat and two rocking chairs. You will love this room and all of the natural light that flows in!

The exterior area of this home boasts a 2nd story deck with lounge seating for 6 people to enjoy the stellar ocean views and relax to the sound of the waves crashing. There is a small, private back yard as well as a front lawn area to soak up the sun and play some lawn games. There is a gas grill available for guest use year-round.

Guests staying at this beach getaway have full access to all listed rooms and amenities. There are multiple smart TVs in the home equipped with streaming services. Guests are welcome to use the laundry machines located in the first floor bathroom. There is enough parking for three vehicles in the driveway.

The entire home has central air for both heat and AC.

This home is located in a welcoming, residential neighborhood. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and a unique code will be given to guests prior to check-in.
