Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Vacasa support is superb

Tara Tabon has been outstanding assisting us with the replacement of our microwave and catching a potential water leak on the unit above ours. Her communication with us is quick and efficient and she never misses a beat! We feel so fortunate to have her as our manager.

Great location, comfortable unit

The unit is in a great location to the beach and both pools. Everything you need is supplied. The bed is really comfortable. Air conditioning is great but the unit also has a cross wind through the unit that is really lovely. It took me 3 days to get communication with the management company regarding a question I had. Otherwise, unit is good.

NICE 1 BEDROOM BUT NO FRILLS

Very nice, clean unit. No frills. Flat panel TVs are really small. Stove is probably 20 years old. Toilets barely have enough water pressure to flush completely. Adequate space for 2 people. This was one of the last units available for the time period at the end of April 2022. I now can see why.

The powers that be...

You will find everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. We had two adults, and two kids under 10 and really liked that there were four beach chairs, four boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler. So close to the beach and restaurants that our rental car stayed parked for days at a time. The kids watched Youtube videos on the internet connected TV, and cartoons on cable when they were taking a respite from the sun. There's also a collection of board games, card games and books. You might have to depend on those in the evening, because of the power outages we experienced. Two evenings of our seven night stay, several clusters of condos as well as the adjacent pool and offices were out of power. I found the night watchman/security after getting no answer on the office phone. He added our group of condos to the list that had no power. I sent an email to Vacasa regarding the lack of use of the swimming pool, hot water, doing dishes, laundry, A/C while we were staying there. No response to my email has been received as of this review. The owners put a lot of effort into this property, but the lack of communication when things go wrong makes me want to stay away from Vacasa. They texted, emailed, called and even visited on the first day to make sure everything was good. Even a reply saying kick sand in the dark would be better than radio silence. ps. I think this unit is prone to power failures because the flashlight above the refrigerator was already dead. So bring your own flashlights!

Great Spot in Maui

We’ve stayed here multiple times now and absolutely love the space and location! It was a great spot to come as a couple and now with our little one! Steps from the ocean and a great pool just across our backyard!

Beautiful peaceful holiday retreat

We had a lovely time enjoying the incredible amenities,; the gorgeous pool, the beach within a stroll away, the amazing subsets. I went swimming and walking on the beach every morning and never had to drive. The condo was well stocked and extremely comfortable and we had great family time on the patio. A wonderful spot to just let go and be together. Thank Evelyn!

Great location in the heart of Kihei. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet with 2 lovely private patios and a beautiful view of the sunsets. Well stocked with everything for dining in, beach visits, or the pool. Clean, tidy and the perfect size for 2-4 people. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this unit, had everything in the kitchen that a chef would need, two bathrooms and a closet filled with all the fun beach gear you would want (chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, boogie boards etc). The unit itself has been updated and feels clean. Beach and restaurants are a short walk away. The lanai is pretty private if you want to lay out etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this spot again!

Very nice and clean place

The unit is really cosy and quiet. Also very clean. The washer & dryer were super clutch. Not to mention it's right across from the beach and close to all the restaurants & shops in Kihei!
