- Access to 5 bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are top shape for your arrival
- Complimentary access to a 6-Seater LSV (Golf Cart)- some restrictions apply and must sign waiver to use cart during your stay
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets not allowed in the private pool. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great vacation! It is close to pools and the golfcart and bikes were great to get around the neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Roomy House

The house met all of our family’s needs. Open and spacious. Love the wide stair case. My granddaughters loved that they each had their own TV in the bunk room. Only drawback was the neighbor parking in our street space. Sorry to see the rental price for next year increased so much or we would return.

Awesome house!

This is a great house in the wonderful neighborhood of Watercolors. House was very clean and slept 11 very comfortably. Great patios and huge family room for a large party. Golf Cart is include and makes going to the beach or Beach Club a breeze. Only negative is that the beach is a bit far to walk but you can easily bike-ride or golf cart so not a problem. Overall 5-star!!!

Nice house

House was nice and in good area. Needs a little bit of tlc as rugs were dirty as well as some of the furnishings. No pantry available so food needed to be on counter. Also dish faucet was out for a week due to leaky faucet that took a week to repair. Management company was responsive

High expectations exceeded

YOLO is a great house which is as advertised. We were a small group of 5 with our pet. But, this is an ideal house for up to 12. The setup is close to perfect - 4 (en-suite) kings and a well thought out functional (and comfortable) 4 twin bunk room. The open floor plan kitchen / living / dining is great. Our favorite was the back porch with fireplace. It is an amazing space along with the heated pool. Thank you for such a wonderful setting for our vacation.

Watercolor Home Base

The home was in a great location with ez access to everything especially given the bike and golf cart. Wristbands provided entry to everything The home itself was a pleasure to hang out in when not out and about, with the outdoor porch and pool utilize constantly. Kitchen had everything you need and more bedrooms and bath were great Rental team was beyond informative and attentive. Teens has free reign in a safe environment due to bikes more so that most beach communities Honestly we had high expectations and they were met or exceeded. No brainer

From the spacious and open living/dining/kitchen to the screened porch and poolside seating with umbrellas, there is always room for all. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in a lot. Location is great in that it is a very short walk to either the Frog Pool or Camp Watercolor. The golf cart and bikes mean the beach club is just minutes away also. We loved this rental and have been coming to 30A for years.

The pool was much smaller than it seemed in the picture, but it was clean and good to cool off in. There was very little storage for pantry items. The upstairs AC went out, but the maintenance man was amazing in how hard he worked to get window units in that same day. It was back working the next day.

3 generations and plenty of room for all

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a tall order to fill with our vacation rental. Our family of 12 has a handicapped grandfather, 3 adult siblings that all wanted the “good” bedroom & 4 teenagers that needed their own space. This house fit the bill and then some. We used the pool almost daily, cooked several meals at home, grilled burgers and enjoyed some tropical storms on the screened porch. There were a few issues we had for a house in this price range (rusty dishwasher, bad laundry room layout, lack of stemware & no pantry storage) but overall it was a great house and would definitely stay there again with one caveat. We wouldn’t want a “courtesy” golf cart that couldn’t leave WC, but then also not be allowed to rent another one that could due to HOA restrictions.

We requested more towels as Watercolor does not provide towels at camp watercolor pools- they would not bring us more towels. We requested another wristband which they delivered the day we were leaving! Upon checkout, they charged us extra money for leaving a coffee pot in the sink, a cushion on the floor, and trash in the trash cans and unused grocery’s on the counter. I have never had a rental company do this before. Will never rent from them again! And air conditioning upstairs doesn’t work well

Hi Caroline, I regret to hear your experience was less than satisfactory. Each bathroom has a set amount of towels and washcloths depending on the size of the corresponding room, we do not provide more throughout your stay however, The Watercolor Beach Club does offer towel service. We also reach out well ahead of your arrival to ensure we have the appropriate number of amenity wristbands ordered for your stay, as any last-minute requests have to be ordered through the HOA, which can take time. We also send checkout instructions the night before departure and they can also be found in the home info book to avoid any housekeeping fees. Any issues with the AC were not brought up during your stay. We noticed on the day of your departure that the upstairs was warm and had it fixed the same day.

Fall Break

The layout of the home is perfect for large families. And the staff would respond to all problems immediately The downstairs master shower had some mold that could have easily been cleaned But my main concern was we rented this home because of size, location and the golf cart. Once we checked in we were informed the golf cart was only for use in watercolor. Although this was disappointing bc we had access to the beach from another property we could use to park golf cart, the most disappointing was the golf cart did not work. And they would not replace nor refund any money. Said it was just a complimentary cart and we were not charged for it. I tried to explain I could have rented another home and rented a golf cart myself but chose this home. We were very disappointed in the customer service from this aspect. I also believe this was not a one time occurrence with golf cart bc notes were posted on cart about what to do if it broke down.

The perfect house

We loved this house! It was spacious enough for a large family and there were plenty of nearby activities for kids and adults. We will definitely be returning and hopefully staying at this same house!

Fantastic clean and comfortable house. Nice location in watercolor. Management company definitely needs to leave more soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and TP. Camera in driveway and above pool is big brother creepy and I’ve never had cameras in a rental before. Totally recommend though.

They did some redecorating since last year and it looks fantastic! The service is amazing. If I haven't booked by January, Addie calls me to make sure we get the dates we want!

Both of the screened-in lounges were great spots to relax and the bottom one overlooks the pool so we could watch the kids swim. We had complimentary access to a golf cart and some bikes so it was very convenient to get all around Watercolor. Gorgeous interior design work all throughout the place. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean.
