La-z-boy queen sleeper sofa is in the living area. When it’s too hot to sit on the decks, sit under the house and enjoy the Gulf breeze in the shade! House has fully functional kitchen with full size appliances and a traditional 12 cup coffee maker. Property has plenty of room to park your boat/trailer on-site as long as you can back into the driveway-there is no turn around. Washer/dryer and bonus half bath in unfinished storage space under house. Fort Morgan offers world class fishing and golf! We’re located approximately 5 minutes drive to the Fort Morgan pier and boat ramp, about 2 minutes drive to Tacky Jacks, too marina, restaurant and bar. Close to everything Fort Morgan has to offer!
