Awesome location
Such an awesome location! So close to restaurants, shops, good beach yet felt private as well. The balcony was so nice to relax on and enjoy. Place was clean and had every amenity needed.

Relaxing Thanksgiving in Newport
We (wife and 13 year old son) stayed here for Thanksgiving week and the property was wonderful. Everything was clean and just as described. The balconies were great for relaxing mornings and evenings watching the surfers and sunsets. Location was less than 30 minutes from Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in SoCal!

I rent a house every Fourth of July week as a staycation for my family. This unit is in a prime location, close to the pier, grocery store, and other shops. It is well furnished and maintained. The management company is easy to deal with and very responsive. A great experience!

EASTER WEEK STAY
Very efficient and easy check in. home was as described on vrbo. One block to beach and we had a view on the top deck. Within walking distance to pier and eateries. Management was very helpful and responsive to questions. I mentioned linens were a little tired and they responded immediately. Very professional.

Wonderful! Have your breakfast on the rooftop patio!
We had never been to Newport Beach before. We were planning a two day trip to Disneyland but hotels were booked and the vacation rentals in that area looked subpar. So I looked at the map and drew a line with my finger towards the ocean. Newport is where we landed. I am so glad it landed there! We spent 6 nights at this property. The neighborhoods are very dense, with short roads and many narrow alley ways. I thought it was charming and the vibe was very laid back and young. Don't be surprised if you hear construction during the day and parties at night. It's a lively area, we loved the activity. The neighborhoods are tight but the beach line is long and the sand is spacious. The water is clean and warm!
My teenagers just body surfed all day, every day. The home is located in walking distance to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. The beach is literally 4 or 5 houses over from the rental. I think most everything in the area is a vacation rental actually. From the rooftop patio, you get a birds eye view of the neighborhood, the tall palm trees in the distance and a bit of the beach just steps away. I feel lucky to have found this house because after an 8 mile bike ride up and down the bike path, and into the North (West?) end neighborhoods, I realized how perfectly situated the house was. For me, the North (or further West?) end of Newport was too quiet and houses would probably be out of my budget. To the South (or East?) it's very touristy and crowded. Then even farther South (or East?), it gets quieter again but the houses have an extensive sand dune front so I don't think the ocean would be viewable from a rental. The house is modern, bright, very cute. Beds are comfortable. The cleaners should definitely do a more thorough job like cleaning out drawers and vacuuming under the beds. I always bring sani wipes to clean surfaces before using, and this house needs a really deep wipe down, you wouldn't notice it with the naked eye. The cooking supplies could use an upgrade, plastic cups and wine glasses are not it. I think that for the nightly rate, there should be glassware. The cooking pans are excellent, not those yucky beat down Teflon kind. It's a nice place and we felt at home during our stay. The owner's heard my feedback and I hope will follow through with checking on another item I mentioned to them. I would definitely stay at this property again. I think others would like it too. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here
This property canceled on us an hour before we showed up after accepting our request AND sending us the check-in info. They cited us not being responsive after we reached out twice offering to jump on the phone 5 days before our reservation. They waited until the day before to call us - and after not answering [We were in a wedding ceremony] they canceled. When we called the emergency line after arriving at the property [with our bride], they said within one hour of canceling us, they had already rented it to someone else. From the outside, we were able to see guests inside. They appeared to have been there for well over an hour, as wet towels and beer cans were all over the front of the house. Shady management company - and shadier owners.

Clean Comfortable and Close
This house was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to have access to the beach chairs, breach toys and bikes. they do not specify where these are at in the house instruction so if you do not have info on it send them a message and they will get it to you.
We also needed a highchair and with short notice they got one to us that was clean and functioning.

Birthday 2021
We stayed here for my wife’s birthday week and had such a wonderful time. Brandon and Bobby we great hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Perfect house for Newport Beach. The rooftop makes you feel like you’re on the oceanfront. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean and open as well.
