Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful condo located in the heart of Ocean City, NJ will have you relaxing the moment you arrive. Ideally positioned steps away from the boardwalk, beach and ocean, you don't have to go far to experience all of the classic Ocean City fun. Take a short walk to downtown and enjoy quaint shops, eateries and coffeehouses. When you're not out and about, you'll be enjoying this gorgeous home from the inside. The living space offers a complete kitchen suite of full-sized appliances, a pantry for late night snacks and a dining table fit for six. The kitchen opens to the comfy living room with a large sectional couch, flat screen TV, DVD player and plenty of games. When it's time for some shut eye, take your pick of a cozy main bedroom with a king size bed and large closet or a second bedroom sleeping four in a queen bottom bunk, twin top bunk and a twin roll out trundle. All guests can relax and refresh in the classically designed bathroom with tile floor and tub surround and marble top vanity. Enjoy your stay no matter where you're at on the island when you call this little slice of OCNJ your home away from home!

Great beach spot!

It’s a lovely little place to stay that’s easy access to the beach. The host provides almost everything you need for staying (we really appreciated the beach wagons!!) in a clean, safe spot. We would definitely stay again!

Great Space and Location!

Very clean and modern updates. Absolutely worked perfectly for our extended weekend getaway. Had all the amenities we could ask for and felt very comfortable here. Fantastic location to rides, arcade and food on boardwalk, nothing was far at all. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Amazing condo right by the boardwalk

Absolutely loved this place! It was very clean and had all of the basics (sheets, towels, dishes, etc). And the decor was adorable. It's less than a block to the boardwalk and beach. We have been going to OC since we were kids and this was one of the best places I've stayed. Highly recommend!

Great vacation!!!

This was the perfect property for us from the size of the the condo to the location! My kids were extremely excited when they exited the car and saw the location and the condo. I'd definitely rent this location again!

Very enjoyable place

We had a very nice time at this location. Loved how close to the boardwalk and beach it was. Our only concern was that the AC didn't cool the main living room area if the bedroom doors were closed since the units were only in the bedrooms. But we recommend staying here!

Perfect place, perfect location

The girls and I had a wonderful time at the beach. The condo was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was supplied with sheets, towels, blankets and beach towels. The location is perfect and only a minute walk to the beach and activities. Kevin was the perfect host and responded quickly to my questions . We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location/ beautiful condo

The condo was in an amazing location. Absolutely beautifully decorated! So clean and spacious! Huge benefit for renting down the shore is he provided , beach towels, bath towels and sheets ! I’ve stayed at other places that I had to rent or bring those items and it’s such a hassle so for him to provide that stuff was a huge bonus! We will definitely rent here again! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Ocean City! This place was just perfect for my family of 5. Our older two boys loved the bunk beds and our baby stayed with us in the provided mini crib in the primary bedroom. The location is IDEAL if you want to walk to the boardwalk and have easy access to the beach and not have to haul a bunch of stuff for several blocks. It is literally right across from the water park which all of my kids loved. It is very quiet which is a bit surprising given the prime location. The place was extremely tidy and Kevin was extremely responsive to my questions via text as the Vrbo app wasnt working. 10/10 for this place and our entire trip! We will be back!

Great place!

We had a great experience renting at this adorable Condo! It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need from paper products, sheets, beach gear, and tags. It was so clean and the hosts very responsive. And the location can’t be beat with the beach and oars walk steps away. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect

The apartment was perfect for me and my daughter. It was cozy, clean, and decorated beautifully. There were multiple fans available. The AC units are located in the bedrooms so sometimes the living area was a little warmer and the bedrooms frosty but it wouldn’t stop me from renting again. The house had all kinds of amenities. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent location

We recently stayed with our 2 young toddlers. The unit is beautifully decorated and stocked with all that you might need for your vacation at the beach. All of the items needed for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cart) were such a nice bonus! The short walk to the beach and boardwalk was the perfect distance for our young children. So many kid friendly places on the boardwalk are so close by. The beach at this location was very busy and a more narrow stretch so it’s best to get down there early in the day or wait until the late afternoon to arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay in OCNJ!

A Great End of Summer Getaway

Thanks Greenwood Co.! Upon arrival my family was greeted by a sign left for us and a welcome basket. Everything was well thought out and a small space was made to feel larger as the comfortable and relaxing design used everything available! We were pleased by a rental that was in the heart of the action but still on a very private low traffic street that afforded quiet times. We found that we brought too much as nearly everything we needed was there! Ample dishes, utensil, silverware. ALL matching and nice. Even the containers to store leftovers for the beach were glass not plastic, like we would have at home. Our 12 and 10 yo loved the choice of games and the location was awesome! The closeness to the beach made the runs home for lunch and the bathroom a breeze. We would definitely come again!!!

Everything you could need in a beach block condo

Our family of five (me, husband, 3 teens ages 13-17) just stayed in this thoughtfully-accommodated, tastefully-decorated beach-block condo. The owners really have considered everything you might want and managed to fit it all in without crowding the place with stuff you don’t need. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in the space. I am extremely fussy about cleanliness standards & have severe allergies & asthma. The unit itself was very clean- to my standards. The only downside to this location is that we had neighbors (that week? there all the time?) whose cigarette smoke we could smell through the walls- and while not frequent smokers they were at it as early as 5am to late as 1230am. Also, anyone heading anywhere at the Jersey shore needs to recognize that since Hurricane Sandy, any building on a barrier island has some degree of chronic mildew smell either in the HVAC or floors (beware some of the restaurants down there if you are really sensitive to this). This unit wasn’t bad; I am super sensitive and managed fine there for nearly a full week, so these owners clearly are doing what they can, but it’s an island fact-of-life. This block happens to be a prime location if you want to do basically anything: a great beach, water park across the street, many of the best kids’ attractions on the boardwalk within 3 blocks or less, most of the best breakfast restaurants within 5 blocks or less, bike rental around the corner, the list goes on. Despite this, the street was not loud or crowded. Mid-July and we got an on-street free parking spot for our second car for the entire week (unit comes with one spot).

Boho chic meets O.C.

This condo was absolutely adorable and affordable. My husband and I came down for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary & we enjoyed every second of it. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach where we spent majority of our days/nights. It was SUPER CLEAN and I am the biggest neat freak you’ll ever meet! Kevin was super easy to deal with and we will definitely book again with them ASAP!
