DIY Event fee: $2,100
Includes 45 chairs, 5 tables, an arch, and use of the property for a single-day event. Please note we do not allow events without the overnight rental of the cabin.
EVENT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Venue to be added as Additional Insured on required Event Policy.
-Provide coverage of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate.
-Include Host Liquor Liability Insurance (no exceptions).
-Separate event agreement to be signed, in addition to âRental Agreementâ.
-Maximum event guest count: 45 (including kids and vendors)
PET POLICY:
Pet cleaning fee: $565 - Matured, well behaved pets only.
OTHER:
-PARKING: 9 To 11 car Maximum
-Access to the entire lodge, except for ownerâs closets (secured with keypad locks).
-A car is needed for transportation; Uber is available.
EARLY CHECK IN:
Please do not request an early checking prior to 48 hours from your check in time. This is because last minute bookings occur and we cannot guarantee availability. If you think you will need early access, you may wish to book the previous night.
-Early check-ins are possible if there isnât a same-day checkout. A 4-hour block between noon and 4 pm is available for $300.
