We are offering a breathtaking, cozy, family-friendly vacation experience. Step on the deck and indulge in a stunning panoramic mountain range view overlooking the cities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg. This Luxury cabin features a separate 1,750+ sq ft private Indoor Pool & a huge rooftop terrace that also has 1,750+ sq ft, 7 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms with a sleeping capacity of 22 people that has more than 5,200+ sq ft in the main cabin only. The Rooftop Terrace and the area around the pool house, framed by breathtaking views in the background, were specifically designed for intimate gatherings, hosting small events, or weddings. The Indoor Pool Room, game room, media room, poker area, rooftop terrace, and multiple decks make this cabin fun and attractive for all age groups!

The indoor pool house is huge with 1768 sq ft of indoor space and it also has a huge 1768 sq ft rooftop terrace above the indoor pool house. For those who would rather relax in the water or bask in the sun, you can escape to the separate indoor pool house which features a rooftop terrace with a huge 1768 sq ft deck that overlooks the beautiful mountains as well as the entire cities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Douglas Lake, & Gatlinburg.

Sleeping layout:
As you walk into the 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms main entrance, you will be blown away by the modern, yet warm features - from the massive windows to the tastefully designed organic decor. It has 9 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 twin daybed. It Comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests in 5 king en-suite bedrooms. The 2 other bedrooms also have king beds and a shared common bathroom. Once you've settled your luggage into the fashionable bedrooms (featuring custom-made beds and jaw-dropping views) it's time for the fun!

- Deck/Patio access in almost every bedroom with a scenic view that will keep you gazing for hours

The amenities include a Huge Theater room with a 120” screen, UHD 4k Projector, and 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound System with a Diverse DVD collection provided as well as Roku TV for streaming needs. A Huge game room that has a Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball Table, Dartboard, Arcade Machines, Corn Hole, Tumble Tower, and Poker Table for 6 players, and a bar room with a 4K TV. This cabin has Deck access in almost every bedroom with a scenic view that will keep you gazing for hours.

It has a Huge 1700 sqft exterior deck surrounding the cabin w/ 2 exterior decks on the top floor offering views around the entire cabin and an Exterior deck on the main floor as well as patio seating in the walkout basement. Grill masters can test their skills at the Outdoor Propane Gas Grilling Station in our outdoor patio area.

Kids Friendly Place
We have a Booster seat for a high chair which is located in the Kitchen island cabinet. We have Baby Safety gates installed on the stairs going to the top floor.

- It's just a 7-mile (20-minute) drive from traffic light 3 on Parkway in Pigeon Forge giving easy access to city attractions
- We have a huge paved parking area where you can park multiple cars.
- Free high-speed satellite Wi-Fi (up to 150 MBPS) is also provided during your stay, this is the highest speed available in the area.
- We have 2 Arcade Game Machines, Board Games, Poker Chips, Bowling Pins for Shuffle Board, Foosball Table, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Tumbling Tower Game, etc. in the Game Room
- The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies. We have provided basic cooking supplies like Vegetable cooking oil, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Sugar, 24 K-Cups Original Roast Coffee Pods, and Creamer. We also have provided 1 Paper Towel Roll, Kitchen Towel, Dish liquid soap, Dish Washer Detergent.
- We have a Keurig K-Duo Coffee Machine, Insta Pot Duo, Blender, 4-Slic Toaster, Griddle, Waffle Maker, and Air fryer Toaster Oven.
- We provide 2 propane tanks for the firepit on the deck and the outdoor gas grill.
- We provide 1 set of all bathroom toiletries, including Hand Soap, Body Wash, 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Lotion, and toilet tissues.

HOUSE RULES & OTHER NOTES - No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. No Fireworks. No Unauthorised Events. Parking Rules prohibit parking on the streets. The person who books must be staying in the property. The property is equipped with outdoor Security cameras pointing at the driveway and entrances with continuous 24/7 video and audio recording at the front entrance and the driveway. The camera is monitored to ensure compliance w/ house rules and security purposes.

We have a paved road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located at 3100 feet elevation so although the roads are paved, it's moderately steep and windy as you go up the mountains. **The last 2 driven miles to this cabin is a two-lane well-PAVED mountain road that is moderately steep and which has a few switch-back turns. Most homes with magnificent views require driving up mountain roads such as this. Bad weather or night-time driving may slow passage.** We have a paved parking area in front of the property as well as extra gravel parking in front of the pool house area.

**Our indoor pool cleaning service always occurs on 2 predetermined weekdays and in the middle of the day and may occur during your stay. **

Note: The Indoor pool house has a heated pool function and we do have an option available to heat the entire pool for an additional fee.

* Events and weddings are allowed with a $1900 Additional Fee. Included are 60 chairs, 6 event tables, use of ceremony deck, arch, and use of grounds for a large party. Event Insurance is required for all parties, about $250, we will guide you through the very simple process.*
