Sanctuary at Redfish Luxurious Beach Resort Experience

Sanctuary at Redfish is a unique 14 acre luxurious gated resort sitting between 30A and the gulf of Mexico. The property provides breathtaking lake and gulf views. Big Redfish Lake is a rare natural phenomenon known as a "coastal dune lake". Only a few places in the world are fortunate enough to have favorable conditions for these lakes to form and they provide a unique environment for a diverse collection of wildlife normally in separate fresh water or salt water ecosystems. Sanctuary at Redfish preserves as much of the natural vegetation as possible to create an environment of serenity and privacy unmatched along 30A. Great for bird watching and you may see the occasional deer.

Sanctuary at Redfish provides a long list of first class amenities. The expansive pool deck consists of four separate pools, including one adult pool, one zero-entry pool and one heated pool which is great for children. There are also two hot tubs. A complimentary water taxi is available consistently throughout the day, to take you the short distance, across the dune lake to the beach. This scenic and relaxing way to the beach is offered from March 1- October 31, from 9am until 6pm. You can also walk to the beach down the board walk, about a 10 minute stroll. We offer complimentary beach service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella that awaits you at the beach for the duration of your stay. You can take advantage of the complimentary canoes and kayaks for your use, on a first come first serve basis. There are 5 weber gas grills, excellently maintained and a fire pit behind the pools for your use. There is a full service fitness center with water fountain, men and women showers.

Paved and Non-paved bike trails are accessed either in front of the complex or just down the street. Scenic Hwy 30A runs in front of the complex connecting Blue Mountain Beach with Grayton Beach, Water Color, Seaside and Rosemary Beach resorts to mention a few and the paved bike trails run the length of these towns and more. Bicycle rentals are available close to the complex. Also, a public beach and public parking is located about 6 blocks from Sanctuary at Redfish.

This spacious condo has been newly renovated and updated. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths, full laundry. The master suite has a king bed, tv with blue ray player, walk in closet, large jetted tub and balcony access. Guest room one has a queen bed, Twin bed, private bath with shower and TV. Third guest room has king bed, TV with full private bath. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with double ice maker. The kitchen is stocked to a chefs delight. Fully equipped with a Keurig and 12 cup full pot coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and electric wine opener. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools on the kitchen island and a formal dining table that seats six. This unit has 10 ft. ceilings with Travertine floors in bathrooms, hallways and kitchen. The entire unit has been recently painted and new porcelain tile in all the bedrooms and living room. The balcony over looking the nature preserve is furnished and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.
