One of the most private vacation condos at Sanctuary at Redfish, this South Walton vacation rental is as comfortable and calming as pure cashmere. Hot Florida days are wonderful to enjoy from the cool interior of 1109. Itâs tones of fresh cream and chic coastal furnishings create a heavenly, airy ambiance.
A great place to hide away, 1109 has all the comforts that anybody could want. The modern kitchen features neutrally toned granite and cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed for a cozy dinner. The master suite in particular boasts a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a tile walk-in shower and double vanities- youâll feel like youâre at a high-end spa!
Oh and simply being part of Sanctuary at Redfish- a green community on a natural preserve built around the rare dune lake named âRedfishâ- is a wonderful thing!
Consider its amenities- a fitness center, a fire pit overlooking Redfish Lake and the Gulf, walking trails, an expansive pool deck with three separate pools (one heated seasonally and two in-ground hot tubs, a community grill area, underground parking and a free shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Then there is the location set between Seaside and Sandestin with an ice cream shop, boutiques and restaurants within walking distance.

Sanctuary at Redfish is a tranquil resort unlike any other nestled in the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood. The serene peace you'll find from the nature preserve and the coastal dune lake, Big Redfish Lake, will ensure your vacation relaxes you. Two ways to get to the beach offer you flexibility: take the 10 minute scenic boat tour that goes through Big Redfish Lake to the soft sands of the beach or leisurely stroll through the 0.7 mile nature trail to arrive at the beach. Uniquely available to you is the ability to kayak or paddle board in Big Redfish Lake where the water is more calm to enjoy these pursuits. Your amenities include three pools including a seasonally heated pool, a large gas firepit for enjoying evenings gathered together, and a convenient grilling area with four seperate gas grills for your use. The resort has parking in the lot and underground in the garage. A spacious fitness room awaits you and provides two changing rooms complete with restrooms, showers, and shelving for your belongings.
