Welcome to our top floor corner unit at the Rockies Condominium with wonderful views of Steamboat ski area.
From the minute you walk in you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light, with cathedral ceilings and views of the mountains.
The location is incredibly convenient: walk 10 minutes to the lifts or hop on the free shuttle that stops on the property. The shuttle can take you to the ski area or to the shops and restaurants in quaint downtown Steamboat.
This 800 sqft family friendly unit features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms and a private balcony.
Each of the two bedrooms features a queen size bed with the loft sleeping two on twin sized trundle beds. Furthermore, the living room has a full-size pull-out sofa that can sleep an additional two people.
There's also a private ski closet outside the front door to store your equipment.

At the end of a day of adventure, take a dip in the heated pool, soak in one of the two hot tubs, socialize around the gas fire pit or relax in the unit in front of the gas fireplace as you take in the views of the ski hill and enjoy some entertainment on the 42’ flat screen TV.

Steamboat Ski Condo

This was a great condo for my friends and me to enjoy a few days skiing at Steamboat. Quick and easy shuttle to/from the resort, and the hot tubs were enjoyed after full days on the slopes.

Cozy stay in a great location

Our group of 4 adults and a baby fit well in this home. It was a super short drive up to the mountain and not far at all to town. We really liked having two full bathrooms and hot tub access, and the hosts were communicative.

Cozy, off mountain but with great access

My family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy and well stocked with blankets, pillows and towels. Great hot tubs and pool onsite. Owner and property management company were responsive to questions. In town shuttles and Retreatia shuttle app were very helpful. We really enjoyed Steamboat!

Plenty of room for me and my wife and two daughters. Enjoyed the hot tub and close location to ski mountain. Room was quiet. Did not hear any neighbors when in our room.

great little condo

Our stay at this condo was great! The space was just as described. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, large pot & crockpot for making soup, etc. (they even left us a bag of locally roasted coffee)! If you’re skiing, you can either make the 10 min walk to the base or take the free bus (purple line, which has 2 stops right by the condo) - very convenient after seeing how far away some of the other condos are! There’s a washer/dryer in the common building right across the parking lot, but be sure to have quarters. Overall, a great little place to stay for our family of 5.

Weekend stay to attend wedding

Positive overall, Enjoyed the pool on Saturday. Would have been nice to know if advance that there was not A/C. There was coffee grinds and coffee in the coffee maker that had grown mold - must not have been used in a while. Toilet on first floor continually runs - need to take off tank top and move the one part for suction ( sorry don’t know name). Otherwise - positive experience.

The property is in a great location for the ski hill and shuttle service. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. Although it can sleep more, 4 seems like the ideal amount. There are only 4 spots at the table and on the couch. Any more and you'd have to eat or watch TV in shifts.The hot tub and heated pool were wonderful, regardless if it's a ski day or not.The kitchen is small but set up well. We really only ate breakfast in the condo, or the occasional lunch, but there were plenty of dishware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. for our needs. The microwave and dishwasher were super helpful.There is no laundry -as advertised -but using the coin operated laundry facility across the parking lot was very easy. Just bring quarters!We had a wonderful stay, out 2 daughters loved the loft space and bedroom they took over. We'd definitely stay again.

Cozy Getaway

Stayed with my husband and my daughter’s family (Kids 5, 4, and 1). The kids loved sleeping in the loft :). Location was close to the mountains but shuttle schedule was a little tricky to figure out. Carlos and Sarah were wonderful hosts and answered any questions we had immediately! Great memories were made!

Amazing location

This place was perfect. Two bedrooms plus a trundle bed, plenty of seating, pool was gorgeous and refreshing. Everything was clean and in working order and the balcony was very large which was a plus since we were in the area for a triathlon and we had a lot of gear with us.
