The unit is in one of the best locations in Steamboat, as it's a 3 minute walk to the private Wildhorse Gondola, outdoor hot tubs, and the nicest heated pool in town. This unit at the First Tracks complex is managed by experienced local superhosts, SkyRun.

The space:This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo has everything you need for your Steamboat adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, pots/pans and utensils! The beautiful barn doors in the living room open up to the Queen bedroom, where you will find fresh linens and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity for 2. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. For the winter months, the condo has a bench for boot storage and a ski rack in the entryway to hang your skis and snowboards. For the summer months, the unit is also equipped with an AC unit when the cool mountain air is not enough.

Amenities:While staying at First Tracks condominiums, you have full access to all the amenities at Trailhead Lodge. Amenities include a heated lap pool, three hot tubs with waterfalls, a fitness center, a game room, and a barbecue/outdoor area. One of the best amenities though is the Wildhorse Gondola that links Trailhead Lodge to the Steamboat Ski Area. The Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center is also right next door and open year round.

Location:
The First Tracks condominiums are located off of Bangtail Way in the Wildhorse neighborhood of Steamboat. You are a 3 minute walk to all the amenities available to you at the Trailhead lodge, and a 4 minute walk to both the free shuttle bus stop in the Meadows Parking Lot (0.2 miles away) and to the incredible Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center. You are a 5 minute drive (2.5 miles) into town and a 4 minute drive (1.2 miles) to the ski resort.

Winter Shuttle: Guests staying that this property will have access to a complimentary "on-call" shuttle for First Tracks that will take you where you want to go in Steamboat Springs (winter only).

The First Tracks Condominiums are located off of Bangtail way. The Gondola is across the parking lot at the Trailhead lodge. Steamboat's free shuttle bus is in the Meadows parking lot 0.26 miles away. There is also a complimentary on-call shuttle service at this condo (winter only).
