This 9th floor condo has new flooring, new paint, granite countertop in the kitchen, a large bathroom and a nicely sized balcony for your pleasure. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee or an evening libation, taking in the sight and sounds of the ocean.

This one bedroom corner unit can accommodate six people, with its two new queen sized beds and the new murphy bed, which neatly tucks into the living room wall. It is located in a newly renovated oceanfront complex which has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, on-site dining, giant games, gift shop, fitness center, outdoor grills, etc., and is located close to shopping and restaurants, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Common, Myrtle Beach Airport and all the great area attractions.

We offer a superior, high value, hassle free check in. Our team is available for your convenience 24/7, with a usual response time of 15 minutes. This private unit is located at the north west end of the 9th floor.

We loved our stay here! The room has a beautiful ocean view and the beds were comfortable. We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday and Wednesday through Friday were smooth sailing but over the weekend the parking garage was packed and we had to use overflow parking across the street. Thankfully we didn’t have to pay for on street parking but it was a pain with 2 sleeping children. I would absolutely stay here again though!

Very clean place to stay. Great amenities at compass cove. KID FRIENDLY! Extra locks that are out of reach of children. And the access to the vacuum and the box fan was great. Host was very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious enough for all five of us to have plenty of room, and the balcony had beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset. The host was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The pools were great for all ages, and the location was close to lots of activities. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very smooth transaction with Vrbo no complaints. Just wish housekeeping would’ve came on at least once. We did have to buy some paper towel and toilet paper as there wasn’t much in our condo. Other than that it was great for the week. If you book here be sure to go to Tiki Bar the ladies there are great. The security guards were very nice also

This is why you had a full working kitchen and exclusive private access. However, just like at your private home, there is no housekeeping service unless privately arranged. Great hosts! Very responsive and helpful. Condo is exactly as pictured but the couch is new and actually larger and nicer. We really enjoyed the balcony and although it was not fully beach front (which I knew from the listing), you could see the ocean and also the street, which provided lots of entertainment. We had 5 people and it was a tight squeeze but definitely doable since you’re not in the room much.

I took my kids and my dad down for spring break we were very pleased with the ease of checking in and the location of the property it was within walking distance of anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the many options of the pools and hot tubs and my dad and I enjoyed the happy hour. We definitely will be back again next year

The room we stayed in was exact like the photos. Beautiful. Was very clean. The view we had to the ocean was perfect for us. The location of the room was nice and private, but still had the ocean view. We didn't utilize the multiple pools that are offed but when checking them they were definitely fun and family friendly.

This condo was great! We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it was comfortable when we did. The view from the balcony was great for our morning coffee, or energy drink in my case. It is a corner location, so you get vehicle noise from the street, which was actually more than I expected, especially on the weekends. Maybe half the channels on the TV in the back room actually came in, which was frustrating when trying to keep kids entertained at night. Our only other gripe was that there were almost no spaces to hang towels/swimsuits in the unit. You could gamble with hanging it on the balcony, but the wind claimed more than a few from other balconies from what I saw while we were there. We communicated the only issue we had as soon as we checked in, which was a drip from the ceiling caused by the unit above, and it was dealt with that 1st night. The elevator is in the parking garage, which wasn't communicated to us, so we looked lost when we arrived. The pools were nice, but the kids pool was very dilapidated & needs updating by the property as a whole, not something the owner's of this unit can do. The beach was steps away & it is primo shell hunting! There's also showers & feet washes at each beach access. Great time had by my family & would likely stay again if we ever return!
