The ocean view was amazing. I loved being right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. I texted them over something so not important at 9:30 p.m. and they answered right away. Great service.

Great place. We liked sitting on the shaded porch in the hot afternoons. Checkout at 9:00 seemed pretty early as most places have it for 11:00. But it did get us on the road early. I would return for sure.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re delighted that you enjoyed relaxing on the shaded porch especially during those hot afternoons. We agree it’s a great spot to unwind. We appreciate your feedback regarding the 9:00 a.m. checkout time. While it is earlier than some properties, it helps us prepare the home thoroughly for incoming guests. Please note that we do offer a late departure option, subject to availability, for an additional cost of $60 plus taxes, and we’re always happy to accommodate when possible. We’re delighted that the early start worked out well for your travels, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Your feedback is invaluable as this helps to enhance the overall guest experience and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for a future stay. Your Southern Team

Overall the unit was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. If you have to work while on vacation, the internet is not very good. The unit while decorated lovely could use a little maintenance with baseboards and plugs that were a little loose. Other than that, it was a great location.

Dolphin Views

we visited during some of the coldest weather there. The rooms were comfy, and the view was great, we saw Dolphins from the windows multiple times. we did have construction on the balcony and it was weird to wake up to men working while we had a child on the couch, but i signed up for it, and was told ahead of time. the best part of our stay was the communication. i never had to actually speak with anyone. it was all through text or email. made everything go smoothly.
