Welcome to Hello Sunshine. A well-appointed Luxury Rental nestled on a quiet street in Crescent Beach just a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.

This spacious 4 bedroom home offers a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. The open floor plan provides your family with the space they need without feeling too far apart. Relax on the screened in back deck and listen to the waves as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Feel free to cook a gourmet meal for your family in the kitchen, order in, or walk down to one of the nearby restaurants.

Downstairs you will find 1 large bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a semi-private full bath. Upstairs the Master Suite has a King bed and a private bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Jack and Jill bath with the 4th bedroom which has a two sets of Twin over Full Bed beds.

You will have your own brand new private pool and spa downstairs. The pool measures approximately 12' x 28' and the spa is 8' x 12' and can accommodate up to 10 bathers. Pool can be heated in cooler months for an additional fee.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful. The pool was fun and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. It's a short walk to the beach and in a great location.

Summer vacation

Great place to stay. It has everything one would need for a great vacation. Enjoyed a short walk to the beach and coming back to a nice swim in the pool. Accommodations were exactly as advertised or even better. Definitely would rent again.

Bills place was very accommodating and he was very easy to get in touch with should any inconveniences arise. Great location to shopping and beach. Overall I would recommend his vacation home to friends or family.

The house has a great layout! I especially appreciated the full sized washer & dryer & dishwasher! The beds were comfortable; even my mother-in-law, who struggles with frequent insomnia, slept well! The pool & hot tub were wonderful & got a lot of use during our stay. The beach was an easy 1/3 mile walk. At low tide it was wide & so nice for walking! We had an issue with the hot tub on our last day & despite it being a Friday evening, both the host & his “pool guy” made every effort to fix it quickly. We were so sad to leave & would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves back at Myrtle beach!

Amazing vacation spot

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the beginning communication with the host was the best. Everybody in our group loved the house. It was so clean and decorated so cute. We loved having the private pool especially traveling with little ones. It was easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and outdoor space for beach toys. Sitting under the covered patio while the kids splashed in the pool was awesome. Next trip we will definitely be checking to see if this place is available.

Perfect!

We booked our trip last minute (10 days before arriving) and we were so impressed with how perfect everything was! Two families of 5 - with six being kids 12-15 years old - and everyone had a great time. We loved the house itself, the location, the short walk to the beach, the pool, the hot tub. Everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival, and Bill was so easy to get in touch with at all times. We immediately felt welcomed and right at home. Our crew definitely plans to return in the future!

Worry and stress-free, immaculate Beachhouse!

The property was perfect. The beach house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. You could tell someone put their heart into the decor. The host was super responsive to our questions and needs. The pollen was heavy when we went and he had the pool cleaners come back over and do an additional clean.It was a wonderful vacation.

Perfect beach stay!

I rented this place for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we had a fantastic time with all of our friends. The property is so close to the beach, the pool and spa were awesome. There was more than enough room for everyone and the entire house was so well stocked. I’ve never had a rental with so many extra items it felt like our home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again! Bill was extremely helpful and very responsive and informative ensuring we had a great experience. Thank you again Bill!

Amazing Location and House

The house was amazing. We had 12 people including kids and there was plenty of room in the house and the POOL! I would absolutely book the house again! Bill was amazing with answering questions quickly. The house had many items already so made purchasing things nicer!! Thanks again! 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely Perfect

This house was everything we expected and more !! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood with a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The house was equipped with anything you would ever need on vacation and it was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa where a big hit with all of the family, it was spacious and very clean. Everything was updated and modern. The beds are all very comfortable and cozy. They even supplied the beach chairs w/ an umbrella. We would definitely rent this house again.

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this house. It is obvious that the owners love it by the attention to detail: full spice cabinet, extra laundry detergent, trash bags, small vacuum and cleaning supplies available, VERY comfortable beds (even the bunk beds are comfortable). The walk to the beach is very short. Our 2 and 3 year olds walked it with their 74 year old grandpa. The pool and spa are perfect. There is plenty of parking and easy access to everything. This is away from the business of Myrtle Beach proper, but only a few minutes drive to most anything. I’ve never been a big fan of Myrtle Beach but this trip changed my tune.

Disappointing

Primary amenities that we booked the property for were not operational upon arrival and for over a third of our stay. Communication was good yet the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. No credit or discount was given and this was shocking to find out upon our arrival. We were unable to book another property at this point and certainly would have if we were notified.

As described friendly host

Bill was super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make the trip extra fun for us. House was as described. We did get there earlier then the checking time since we drove all night long due to having tons of kids in tow(9 kids). Since checkin wasn't until 3 and the cleaning crew hadn't been by yet we sat on the downstairs porch to just relax after the 14hr drive and walked to the beach to have fun! Only complaint I'd have would be to have more kitchen items...we had a group of 14 and we eat in all week to do extra activities outside the home so it was hard to feed us all with limited pans/silverware but we managed
