TROPICAL BEACH HOUSE

Retraite en bord de mer pour les familles, les couples, les golfeurs situés à North Myrtle Beach. Décoré avec goût avec toutes les commodités et le confort de la maison.
Salon de la belle piscine d'eau salée et un bain à remous, tandis que vous appréciez une boisson glacée de la machine Margarita au Tiki Bar ou prenez une chaise et une promenade vers l'océan.
Notre terrasse / patio est livré avec un gril à gaz 7'ft qui barbecue pour une grande famille ou un groupe. Des sièges supplémentaires extérieure et table à manger, et des chaises longues.
Projeté dans le pont supérieur.
Cuisine entièrement équipée pour faire cuire un jeu d'enfant. Linge de maison fourni.
Télévision par câble, DVD, dock iPod dans chaque chambre. Internet sans fil et téléphone disponibles. DVR dans LR

Cette maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il appartient et est maintenu privé. Nous ne louons pas à des familles et des adultes professionnels. Vous devez être âgé de plus de 25 pour réserver cette propriété. Nous ne louons pas à des groupes d'étudiants en toutes circonstances. limites d'occupation sont strictement appliquées.
Animaux interdits. Interdiction de fumer sauf sur le porche / terrasse.
Les poubelles et recyclage doivent être mis sur le trottoir, mardi soir pour le début am pick-up, puis remettre de suite.
Les tarifs comprennent le linge de maison. Il ya un 225 $. 00 de frais de nettoyage. 350 $. 00 dépôt requis au moment de la réservation sur le minimum de trois nuits; 500 $. 00 dépôt sur hebdomadaire. Il y a un taux d'imposition de 12%.
Nous offrons hebdomadaire du samedi au samedi, ou les soirs avec un minimum de trois nuits lorsqu'elles sont disponibles.

Fantastic House, great view in the heart of the Perigord Noir underneath the Castle of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle. Wonderful garden with a nice Swimmingpool. Absolutely recommended for everyone who wants to discovery this very beautiful Part of France.

Great vacation house

House is well maintained and clean. Great layout and all the furniture is moden and clean. We stay summer and winter. Family really enjoys this house. Great location in NMB.

This listing, property, amenities, & extras to use in the house gives this home 5 plus stars. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive too when we had a minor hot tub issue too. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful just wonderful

Everything you need is right there waiting on you> Just a short trip to the grocery store and we were all set! There is room enough to spread out so no one will get on your nerves! We all just had a great time and most of us were looking forward to staying in the same place next year! Thank you Gerald!!

Our family has stayed in this house four times. The house is beautiful, always clean and well furnished. Our grandchildren love the pool. The owners are great to work with. The only change I would make is in the ownership. Would love to own this house. Already looking forward to next year.

Anniversary

We were there to celebrate our 50 Anniversary with family. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and use of the wagon really helped. We also put the bikes to good use. The only negative was the toaster oven and it would not toast our bread.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels, even beach towels. The walk to the beach was not bad but there was a fair amount of traffic. Next time i would rent a golf cart. The pool was beautiful. There was no propane in the gas grill. We called the owner and he had gas there in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! There was also lots of games and water/sand toys. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time- pictures don’t do it justice.

This house was perfect for two families of 5 to stay. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms all essentially with their own bathroom and downstairs has a smaller bedroom with private bath and a bonus room with pull out couch. Home was clean, stocked well with all dishes, silverware, pool items and plenty of towels. The tiki bar was a cute addition and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We rented golf carts from AJAX which worked out great and we were only a few blocks from the beach. There is golf cart parking right at the end of the street with beach access (you do have to pay about $4 an hour to pay for the parking at the beach). Location of home was perfect- could ride cart to restaurants, souvenir shop or even Walmart for groceries. The pool was the biggest hit of the house for our families (4 adults and 6 kids). There is also a 50 lb ice maker we used a lot to keep everything cold. Great property- would stay again!

So beautiful and fun!!

First off let me say the property management are fantastic people! Now the house- oh my gosh! This home is so beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is big and so well stocked that you only need to bring food. The bedrooms are gorgeous along with all of the house. Our favorite spot was the huge, beautiful pool area. We sat for hours watching the cousins have fun. The pool room has everything to make the stay great from chairs, ice maker, toys, etc. such a top notch home with a great location. The neighbors are wonderful as well. My husband loved cooking on the huge grill. This will be our family get away house as long as it stays available. We made many memories here. Thank you again for letting us stay. It was so beautiful and so much fun! The Shaver Family.

Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9 (3 kids) beach vacation. The pictures truly don’t do it justice as people have said. It’s spacious, clean and had a wonderful pool. Our girls (ages 6-10) loved it! Everything you need for the very beautiful beach a few blocks away. A short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf or sark tooth hunting! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager also was very prompt in fixing the WIFI when it went out.

Picture doesn't tell the whole story

The pictures on the site for this property really does not do it any justice. The place was much much much better looking in person. You literally do not need to bring anything with you except your cloths. Everything is taken care of for you. Location was a close walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet . Also helps that it is close to Krispy Kreame. Overall I wouold give the house a 10 out of 10. We really had a great time at this house.

Great Vacation Home

This house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The location was great and the backyard area was fabulous after a morning at the beach. The ice maker was a great plus. We did run out of propane one day, but they had it delivered later that evening. My only suggestion is to maybe have an extra propane tank there and ready to use and also have a few actual “beach” chairs rather than the bag chairs that were there. Otherwise, our stay was perfect! Certainly would come back to this house again!

Brown/English Family Vacation 2022

We had another great time staying here. This is probably our 4th-5th time staying at Paradise Found, and it always is such a wonderful stay! Our three families stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids, ages 8-19, and we had plenty of room.. We all loved the pool and hot tub as usual, and the location is fabulous! Fun Times at Paradise Found

My daughter had rented this house in 2021 and invited me to go with her and her family. I enjoyed it so much that I rented it last week and invited my children, grandchildren, special friend and his daughter in law and baby to go. My children and grandchildren weren’t able to spend the entire week but came for part of it. We had a wonderful time and the house with the private pool and hot tub was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some special time with family. Thank you Gerald and Ericka for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful and well maintained home.

Great house! Great time!

This house was perfect! It was big, beautiful and clean! the pictures dont do it justice! Everyone had their own space if they wanted. Close to the beach! The pool was wonderful! Anything you possibly needed was at the house beach stuff, pool stuff, grilling stuff...it was great! We would definitely stay there again! Gerald and Erica were great to work with as well! So nice and helpful!
