This is our third year staying at this property and having the pleasure working with Ed. It meets our needs perfectly and is very accommodating. And the view is breathtaking!! Beach access is so easy! We have already booked 2 weeks for next year!!

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed slept very well, it was the best night sleep I have had in a very long time. The view was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. I just wished we had stayed longer. The host had contacted me when I booked our trip, and sent me information we may need if we had any problems, Ed was very helpful.

Beautifully updated property in a surprisingly quiet family friendly resort. Everything was clean, organized and cozy. Ed the owner was so helpful with answering questions and the resort staff were friendly and helpful too. We loved listening to the ocean while drinking our morning coffee and the pool and lazy river were a hit with our almost 5 year old. Wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Our stay on the beach was perfect thanks to this gorgeous space and our gracious host! Ed is an outstanding host, reaching out to ensure that we had everything that we needed to make it a perfect stay. The space is comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos. It was a quiet space with the opportunity to take walks on the beach, sit on the balcony and watch the waves, or enjoy the pool area. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location with a great view right on the beach. Clean and comfortable unit with elevator access (4th floor). Beautiful and safe neighborhood that is walkable. I highly recommend it and am already planning my next stay!

We had a great time. Litchfield by the Sea was beautiful and we had fun exploring Pawley’s Island and nearby Georgetown and Murrell’s Inlet.

The room was clean and house keeping refreshed our towels & took out the trash daily. The resort this unit is on was well maintained and the check In staff was incredibly friendly. The elevators were working & there was an easy access ramp to the beach- so seems great for anyone with mobility restrictions. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this property 2 weeks and we had a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean as we were on the 4th floor. This 1 bedroom met our needs with 2 queen size beds although it opened into the bedroom. Housekeeping offered clean towels daily and brought clean bed linens for us to change the beds. Everything was in working order although the room seemed musty and damp as the days passed for some reason. Ed was responsive when we asked about the ice maker and it worked fine when we realized how to turn it on. The washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor and we used them while we were there although we could have used the dryer more often to dry our beach towels. It would have been nice to have a w/d in our unit. This property has been updated and was decorated very nicely.
