Great location and the beach was great. The decor and some of the doors/sink/etc are outdated and could use a little maintenance. It was comfortable and spacious for our family. The views from the balcony were amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, the beach was beautiful and there's lots to do close by. Beds were super comfortable.

Clean condo with plenty of space for a family of four. Great ocean view from the balcony, although the patio chairs were low and the railing blocked some of the beautiful scenery. Everything worked as it should—washer and dryer was a plus. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, but the full beds in the second room were firm and moved around because they weren't attached to the headboards. Bedding was limited to sheets and a very thin cover, so bring your blankets and pillows if you wanna stay cozy. Our biggest issues were no rugs, and no outdoor storage. We had to bring the beach stuff upstairs into the condo because storing outside the door or on the balcony isn’t allowed. Keep that in mind if you’re not renting a condo with private parking below the unit. This unit has so much potential but overall, we felt comfortable. The property management team was fantastic and welcoming. We love the villas—quiet, easy beach access, a nice pool, and the kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and turtles.

Location, cleanliness and ease of checkin/out were great, but this unit is not maintained as well as others we have stayed in here at Villas on the Gulf. Bathroom ceiling had mildew all around the exhaust fan, neither bath exhaust fan worked and walls had chipped paint in many places.

Amazing view

The condo is in the perfect location. Can’t beat the view. It is on the second floor and there is not a elevator, which isn’t noted anywhere. The bed in the master is extremely uncomfortable. It’s hard and pops when you move. Besides the bed, everything was great!

Excellent location, but pitiful condo conditions.

So many things either didn't work or barely functioned inside the condo. Everything is old and breaking down and the beds were insanely uncomfortable. The only saving grace is that it is in a good location right on top of the beach. Will not be returning to this condo.

Great location!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola Beach. I really stretched our budget to be able to stay right on the beach, but we felt this property met our wants as I had to book it at the last minute (2 weeks before arrival.) We really didn't need two bedrooms , but single beds weren't available by that time. The Condo had lots of good points -- newer bed, lots of streaming tv access which we love (people, remember to LOG OUT of your accounts when you leave!) only one flight of stairs to climb, great views!! The couch was also quite comfy. Minor disappointments were a broken window in the front bedroom that couldn't be opened to hear the waves, a broken ceiling fan (not really needed much), a need for better higher-sitting furniture on the outdoor patio (such as a bar height table and chairs), but the weirdest problem being the lack of water for the tub/shower combo off the master. No tub, no shower. Which left us with the enclosed shower in the second bath. We worked with it, and otherwise the bath fixtures look like they have been upgraded recently, just not that waterless tub/shower. Pending work I suppose and going to be a big messy job. The management was responsive to our concerns about that and sent someone to discuss it before we left. My biggest regret was not getting to stay more nights! I hope we can afford to come back next year, because we definitely would.

We had a late arrival and had no problems. The only small issue we had was that two of the chairs on the balcony were broken so we had to be careful when sitting on them. The condo was very clean, and the view was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend and stay here again.

The condo needs ALOT of updating! The back of condo when you were sitting on balcony the railing wasn’t sturdy and the vinyl or whatever it is is coming off the building. Washer and dryer sounds like freight train. Molded used coffee filter in coffee pot. Tub in master bath was filthy. The condo smelled of must we had to buy a diffuser to help with smell. Nothing to do around there.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Was disappointed with cleanliness though.

Loved our stay at Pensacola beach. Location was fantastic, right on the beach. Just a little disappointed with our unit. Smelled like mildew when we walked in. Sand on couch, dishes we pulled out of cabinet were "wet"?, And the dishwasher did not work. Still had a great time, just disappointed with our unit.

Condo on beach

Process was simple and straightforward. The condo was right on the beach and only real complaint would be it needed more lighting in the main bathroom.

Great stay in Pensacola FL

The condo was great! It was a little unclear how to get to Blgd N - needed to go thru Regent entrance to access property. WiFi signal was very weak. Everything else was wonderful!!
