Las Olas Condo ★BEACHFRONT SURFING! Amazing Surf and Views!

Las Olas condo complex is a dream come true for both surfers and beach lovers alike! This beachfront condominium complex is located on a stunning 10-mile stretch of white sand beach named Costa Azul. Three of the best surf breaks in Baja are right out your front door (Zippers, The Rock, Old Man's) . Grab your surfboards and paddle out! Las Olas has a beautiful pool and 3-tier hot tub that was just renovated November 2022. Enjoy the beachfront tables and chairs around the pool. There is gated parking complete with 24hr on site security. In 2024 we renewed the tennis courts and added pickleball court lines too.
NOTE: construction period is August 1 to October 15 so there may be some noise during that time period.

Our lovely 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is a prime unit! It's quiet, sunny and bright with panoramic views of the surf breaks. Wake up in the morning to stunning sunrises where you can watch surfers paddle out from the balcony. Of course evening margaritas on the balcony are wonderful too!

Our condo has everything you will need for a comfortable vacation! There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a new couch that folds out into a bed in the living room. The condo also has a Flat screen TV with DVD player (please note that there is no satellite TV but you can connect to your streaming services using high speed wifi), a full kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. . There is even a washer/dryer in the condo!

Las Olas is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and many activities! You can rent surf boards or get surf lessons on the beach right next door to the condo, or walk across the street (under the bridge) to Costa Azul for boards and lessons.. There are two restaurant a few steps down the beach (Zippers Cafe and Pescaditos Break). A huge supermarket (La Comer) where you can get all of your groceries is only a 5 minute drive away. Historic downtown San Jose with all of its shops, restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away, and Cabo San Lucas and all of its activities is only 17 miles away. The airport is a 20 minute away.
NOTE: August and September there may be construction noise as some units will go through renovation during that time. It's usually not too noticeable and not every day, but there will be some days with noise.
