We rent from Saturday-to-Saturday schedule during the summer season - between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We also rent with a 5 day minimum If available.

**Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:**
•Our pricing reflects all seasonal rates and discounts we are currently offering. Our pricing is non-negotiable. We are proud to offer a 10% military/veteran discount (must provide proof of service).
•No Animals and No Smoking allowed inside our property. No exceptions.
•Maximum Occupancy = 12 persons total (no matter the age)
**Minimum Age to Rent = 25 years old
**FREE High-Speed WIFI provided by owners.
**Keyless front entry to the house, so no front-desk visit is required!


Covid-19 Safety Measures:
Our check in and check out process is completely without any person-to-person contact. This house is utilizing enhanced cleaning protocols including the use of disinfectant throughout, especially on all high touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, etc.). All towels and bedding are being washed in water that is at least 60°C/140°F between stays.

Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at this beautiful lakefront property with private pool and dock. This home is located on the main channel of Lake Norman with expansive views of the lake! Each bedroom faces the lake and has deck access. There is a large fenced in yard to keep your kiddos off the pier until you are ready for them to go.
There are fireplaces upstairs and down with a pool table and bar on the bottom floor.

Perfect Lake House Home

My family and I had a great stay on the lake. The pool was a huge plus. Sissy is very responsive if any questions arise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great lake house property

The property was better than we expected. It was very clean, well maintained and the owners were there to greet us when we arrived and walked us through the property and explained about the pool and what needed to be done to keep it clean while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

House had plenty of room for 10 adults. Pool was clean, view beautiful.

The owners were amazing. Sissy is always available. We had a couple very small hiccups and she was right there to help.

Fabulous Lake House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake house. There was plenty of room for my family. Loved having two living rooms, although we spent most of our time outside by the pool. We brought our boat and enjoyed the lake as well as fishing from the dock. Easy access to the owner, we didn’t have any issues but she was available if we did. I’d rent this home again.

Lake Week 2022

This property is AWESOME. We had the best time, plenty for everyone to do and lots of room for our large group.(11) Loved that it was kid friendly and had playpen, booster seats, toys, exersaucer for the youngest in our crowd, in addition to everything else. Very well equipped and very clean, everything you may need.Sissy is the best, very friendly and available if needed, responds promptly. Stay, you will not regret it.

Relaxing Stay

The house is an older house but very clean. It has everything you need for a relaxing lake vacation. The pool is an added bonus and the boat ramp is a 100 yards away , making for easy access to the lake. The view off the deck 👌.. Sissy was easy and accommodating to work with making the whole process from start to finish stress free. The one issue we had was the lack of plugs. But a minor issue for an overall great experience.

Family Vacation

This amazing, clean and well-maintained home was a little slice of heaven obviously wrapped in love in a peaceful and relaxing area with a spectacular lake view and so much more! We all agreed we made a great choice in selecting this home for our annual 3 generation family vacation. We had a fantastic time making so many new memories swimming in the pool, boating and water sports, fishing (caught some good ones) and then in the evenings enjoyed family time on the deck or poolside. There was always something to do. The owner, Sissy, was remarkable and hands down the most accessible and gracious owner of the many we’ve encountered over the years. She goes above and beyond making sure her guests will be comfortable with all the amenities and EXTRAS supplied are available and ready to make for an easy, relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to meet Sissy and she was as endearing in person as she was on the phone...a true joy.

A Perfect Lake Vacation

Sissy and Johnny's Lake House is an extremely clean, well kept property. Though an older home, it has MUCH charm and the location is unbeatable. You can tell that the owners take great pride in this house and they should as it is an amazing place. We loved the view over the lake, watching the sun come up in the morning, the wildlife flying about and the fish taunting us from the water. In this portion of the lake we were free to enjoy Paddleboarding, kayaking, jumping off the dock into the refreshing water or just floating around with a drink without worrying about boats encroaching on our area. The extra care that is put into this property is visible everywhere, from the new pool and lake floats, life vests in all sizes, outdoor grill to the well-stocked kitchen. We joked often during the week that, if Sissy's house doesn't have it... you don't need it! In the event of a rainy day, the pool table makes for a great diversion. The boys (ages 6-19) loved this week long excursion. We cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you Sissy and Johnny for a fabulous stress-free week that was much needed for everyone!

Birthday Celebration Weekend

The property was nice but getting up in years and needs updates. Especially the bathrooms! We initially had issues with the air conditioning but the owner did help us get that straightened out. Beds are also pretty hard which isn’t something we personally like. Kitchen isn’t that large for a group of adults and stove top didn’t work very well and it’s small. House has a dark overall feel to it and stairs going to lower level were dark. Pool area, although very nice with beautiful views to lake, was way to cold for all of us to even enjoy which was one reason we selected this property. That was very disappointing. The kids did enjoy swimming in the lake, which was much warmer, using the kayaks and fishing poles.
