This cozy home is over 1300 sq. feet of comfortable living. Cozy on Carolina was our first home and we kept it due to all of our wonderful happy memories made there. This home is within 10 minutes of I-81, which is convenient to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. It is surrounded by sidewalks and a nice neighborhood to walk. It has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture as well as a fire pit. It has just about anything you need to walk in and stay awhile. It is conveniently located to many things - grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. You would be located within 15-20 minutes of two state parks. It has 4 ball tournament fields anywhere from 5 minutes to twenty minutes away (Domtar, Brickyard, Winged Deer and White Top). Let us host you for your visit to Kingsport!
Seven of us (all over 60) gathered to attend the International Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN, 30 min drive away. While 7 adults and a dog packed the house, we have everything we needed - clean house, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, fenced in yard for the dog, walking distance to groceries. The keyless lock works great for 7 adults to be coming and going at different times of the day. Communications with the owner were clear and quick. We enjoyed our stay, and at the same time puzzled by the location of the twins beds that are in the room over the garage that can only be accessed through one of the other bedrooms. Not a problem since we are good friends.
Our stay was short, but wonderful! We were only there for a couple of nights, but found the house to have everything we could have needed. Its located in a central part of town with a grocery store and coffee shop close by. There is a regular coffee pot and Kuerig there which we used as well. The host was very informative on the check-in and check-out process, which were both simple and easy to follow. We were traveling with our small dog and the backyard was perfect for him. The neighborhood was adorable and we enjoyed walking the dog around.
This is wonderful place for younger families. The stairs to second floor and basement are steep so older people may have trouble. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had couple of relatives and friends visit us there instead of going to them.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cozy on Carolina! The host, Jackie, was the sweetest, going above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Jackie was incredibly communicative, responding quickly to any questions and even helping us with extra accommodations that made our stay seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly needâtruly, Jackie thought of everything! The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently close to a variety of shops and delicious dining options. We couldnât have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this gem to anyone!
Comfy on Carolina was what my family needed. The home is dog friendly, very comfortable and convenient. Grocery stores and shopping is within walking distance and easy to get to. The owner Jackie is wondering and very helpful and responsive. When next in Kingsport, we'll stay here again.
This was a perfect location for the baseball fields. The house was older, but it worked just fine for us, and her decor was very cute. The only issue we had was the neighbor's dogs barking all night long. The neighborhood worried me at first, but we didn't have any concern with our three staying there.
Stayed the weekend to attend the Smoky Mtn. Terror Conference. We very much enjoyed the house, much nicer and more comfortable than a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The house was charming, cozy and comfortable. The check in/out process was easy and convenient. Our host kept in touch and responded quickly to any inquiry.
Jackie was a very helpful and pleasant host, the accommodations were very clean and tidy. On top of that we got to see snow for two days. Had a nice time visiting with family.Glynn & Donna
Jackie is an amazing host. She accommodated our early check in and was very communicative throughout our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when in Kingsport. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Our stay wasnât what we expected but turned out even better. Jackie is a fantastic host and has a very nice home to share. We had a great trip to Kingsport to celebrate one of our granddaughters 10th birthday.
Thanks again Jackie for helping make our stay as enjoyable as possible!
Great home to stay in while visiting Kingsport. Everything was clean and in great condition. This home is near everything you could need from gr
groceries to dining.
My daughter & I visited Kingsport to check out the location prior to her internship with Eastman Chemical in January The house was gorgeous& comfortable, convenient to Eastman and interstate. We visited Bay Mountain Park &historic nearby Bristol including Steel Creek Park. Owner was easy to communicate with & provided lots of information on attractions and hikes
Everything was easy from the booking, check in, and checking out process. The owner was super friendly and a jewel to work with. We were in town for a wedding and it was so nice to be able to actually have down time that wasnât in a hotel. After being in the heat from an outdoor wedding coming back to the house was amazing. The AC was on point! We will definitely be staying here again.
Our two families stayed here for a weeklong family get together over the Fourth of July, and it was perfect! We could walk to a lovely park and playground, walk to Food city and pals, and even walk to the Fourth of July parade. The home has a lovely backyard and two full bathrooms, which was great for our two families staying together. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kingsport!
