Our beautiful villa features an ocean view and is just a short 200 steps from the majestic Atlantic.  Take advantage of sunny days and have your toes in the sand in minutes with our direct beach access and ideal location along a gorgeous stretch of beach.  

There is an oceanfront arcade and Buoy`s restaurant just two blocks away to the south and top-rated Coconuts grill on the oceanfront a short stroll to the north for you to enjoy a good time and great food!  

There are two pools and hot tubs on site for a refreshing retreat, and there are sun loungers pool side to relax.  Our resort also has shower stations to make coming and going from the beach a breeze, and parking is free and conveniently located under our villa.

Our villa has plenty of space for everyone, with an open floor plan and sleeping options for up to 10 guests including 2 king beds, a full bed, 2 single beds, and even a sleeper sofa.  Bedrooms all feature flat screen TVs and also there are ceiling fans for that perfect retreat after a great day in town or on the beach!  

Stay connected as much or as little as you like with our free wifi wireless internet for your stay.  

The fully appointed kitchen is suitable to cook full meals and our in-unit washer and dryer offers even more convenience for your beach getaway.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

This area of North Myrtle Beach is the most famous of them all, with Main Street just two blocks to the south and the Cherry Grove Pier just up Ocean Boulevard to the north.  A dazzling array of restaurants for every budget and taste abound.  Enjoy classic calabash seafood, an italian feast, fine dining at Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse, and even oceanfront and waterfront restaurants. There are endless options for even the most discerning tastes!  Grill out that perfect cheeseburger in a paradise at the resort`s grill and picnic area, which offers a charcoal grill and seating for the family.  

Those traveling for sporting events will find the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex an easy 5-10 minute drive from the condo up Main Street and over the waterway.  Shoppers rejoice with all-new shopping complexes less than five minutes from the condo.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
