**This property comes with FREE Beach Service which includes 2 beach loungers & umbrella (March 15 - October 15) located directly behind the condominium complex on the beach!**

If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has a King bed, its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

***NOTE: The Seachase HOA is currently replacing all glass (doors & windows) in both buildings. Work in the West Tower is complete. Work is currently underway in the East Tower and is scheduled to be completed by winter 2026. This unit has already had its glass replaced. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but there will be varying degrees of noise as they complete the surrounding units. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***

- Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes will be left in the unit.

Great location.

Nice, clean condo. Loved the oceanfront bedrooms. Beach not crowded. No wait for elevators. Short walk to restaurants, shopping.

Reviewer Comments: Only downside to this property are the TV's.For the low price of TV's today, on sight are antiquated.Also, please put a magnet closure on the wastebasket drawer in the kitchen. Won't stay closed.Also,for the HOA, there are no carts on day of departure. People are taking them to their rooms the night before. This is my second vacation with this happening. Top of cart should be taller than entrance door.

Beware what you get with your money !

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was not good . The furniture definitely needs to be updated . I used spare sheets to cover the furniture and still wouldn’t sit on it . Also all the bedding just looks nasty it’s so old something 200.00 at Walmart could fix . The toaster was absolutely GROSS! I contacted the host and she seemed very unconcerned that we was unhappy . She just said I will let the owner know and put cleaning crew . I asked could we get and different room and she just bluntly said no . Worse 2200.00 for 4 days I have ever spent !

Awesome Stay

The condo was just as described. It was clean and well taken care of. We had all we needed for a fun week at the beach. Loved the balcony and chairs. The beach chairs were a wonderful perk and the beach guys were friendly and hard working! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great time in PCB!

Our first time to PCB and we look forward to returning! Seachase was the best location to enjoy our time there, close to necessary food shopping and a quick drive to Pier Park. Extremely thankful to Courtney and Crystal in the Southern Coast Vacation Rentals office for their help and advice. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Our 14th August visit

Overall, the property had everything that we needed for our stay. We would consider this property again in the future and will soon start planning for our 15th trip next summer. We will be rooting for slightly cooler Temperatures next summer. 95 plus with the heat index in the 110-range everyday was our hottest visit ever to PCB. Great views. Great space, Great time.

The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. I think the owner has severally gave up on the unit... Everything needs to be updated for a good stay. We found empty water bottles under the bed. Not all electrical outlets worked. ☹️

2023 spring bike week was amazing! Seachase E801

Gates going to the beach and coming back from beach was hard to get the code to work. Parking passes are a must! I have tinted windows and for some odd reason I got a warning twice!!! With it being bike week we were on the other side of PCB when a buddy called me saying i had a warning on my vehicle, I called the office and she handled it perfectly and got it all straightened out! Seems like the HOA has gotten worse at this location in the past few year of staying here.but over all most definitely would go back to this location any day. Again the Staff of the office are amazing

Nice location, needs more thorough cleaning

The good: the view from the property was incredible. I loved that there wasn't a giant parking garage. Just parking under and to the side of the building. The beds were comfortable and I heard no complaints from those on the couch. The kitchen had a nice array of pots and pans to use and the fridge was adequate. The property manager was always fast to reply when I had questions before the trip and during. Check-in was a breeze. The bad: We had some issues with the door not closing properly and the adjoining windows to the door, that are immobile, being open as well. A maintenance man came and temporarily fixed the door, but it went bad again the next day. The showers were clean, but some of the chairs were not. The pantry looked nasty inside and I didn't want to use it.

Family trip

Wonderful location and views but had to give overall 3 stars due to issues such as cleanliness, elevator issues(two days of extreme stair-climbing), and the fact that the sliding doors to balcony from guest bedroom would barely close and lock and the sliding door in living area has NO lock allowing children to open. Major safety issue!
