INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The perfectly relaxing interior décor runs throughout Bella Beach House. Enjoy the large kitchen and dining room great for family gatherings. The adjacent living room offers a comfortable place to put your feet up and stay awhile. Keep the kids close while they enjoy the main level game room or use the bonus room for additional sleeping space. Laundry and full bath on the main level as well.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
A cup of coffee on the covered front porch or a glass of wine in the screened in porch off the back of the home, either is well furnished with wonderful outdoor furnishings. Soak up the beautiful view of Lake Kai off the master bedroom deck. Sit around the firepit as the kids play in the nearby Central Park.

Amazing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I usually never consider booking resort properties, but the Bella Beach house was better than we could have imagined! The house was clean and comfortable, and the golf cart was a plus. The best part was a vintage Schwinn tandem bike that we found in the garage! Overall, it was an amazing vacation for our family.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our families. My brother and I brought our kids and parents to stay for a couple days. Great area for all ages of kids. Close to the pool, private beach, splash pad, coffee shop, and zoo is just down the road. My only complaint is the lack of communication with the owner. We waited around for a while not knowing how to get into the house. We weren’t told that we needed to check in at the office. Once I found an 800 number to call they told me to go to the office and they would give us me all of the information. Once we did that, it was smooth stay.

Pool and other amenities just short block area and a beautiful, green space/park behind the home. The front porch and outdoor shower was a fantastic bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped that even a gourmet cook would be impressed. Oh wait... did I mention how comfortable the beds were and how the space is beautifully decorated. The golf cart was another added bonus.

The bedrooms were spacious, the living area had plenty of seating with a comfortable sectional AND another couch, which was great for our group of 12. The screened in back porch and patio was a great place for morning coffee. The kitchen was spacious and easy to prepare food- although it would have been nice to have some larger pans to use! The location was perfect- right in the middle of everything! Pool, pier, and a golf cart to ride to the beach. And the home was decorated beautifully. We were very comfortable here!

Old House with minimal amenities, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is fantastic and the beachwalk resort is great. Unfortunately this home is filthy. It’s dingy and needs a deep clean and a power wash. While the listing says it is “newly renovated,” nothing appears to be updated. The refrigerator is broken and maintenance had to come and fix a broken sink while we were here. One of the bathrooms did not have cold water rendering the shower useless.The listing also says there is space for 14 people here but on our first night we weren’t even able to set the table for our family of 7!! There isn’t enough silverware and the kitchen is minimally stocked. A pot missing a handle and a frying pan with peeling Teflon coating are meant to pass as “luxury.” Luckily we were able to borrow pots, pans and silverware from the resort. There is little to no storage except a pantry that doubles as a “junk” closet, housing the owner’s garbage. And the house is over run with fruitflies. It’s clear that the owner is trying to make as much profit as possible while providing a very rustic experience. Even a laundry basket would have felt like a small luxury here.After visiting beachwalk many times and staying in many homes, this is absolutely the worst home we’ve ever stayed in. I would not recommend.

High hopes for Bella Beach House...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the close proximity to the pool and easy walking distance to the board walk/beach access. The house was fairly dirty, had many lights that needed replacement bulbs, outlets that didn’t work, and bath mats that needed to be washed. There was garbage and clothes left in some of the rooms. While there was plenty of outdoor seating, don’t expect any cushions. Overall the house needs some tlc. We love the beachwalk area, but will be looking for a different rental for next year.
