Renovated Oceanfront Resort and condo - 3521 Villamare

VILLAMARE IS AMAZING!! 3 Million dollar pool and hot tub renovation is complete. . 2 pools and 2 hot tubs oceanside. All new furniture in both bedrooms and in the living room. Everything is now new and beautiful and very comfy.

Villamare is a beachfront, oceanfront complex in prestigious Palmetto Dunes between the Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa and the Disney Beach Club.

VILLAMARE COMPLEX
- You will be in easy walking distance to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center which has 18 clay tennis courts, 4 of which are lighted for night time play and 24 PICKLE BALL courts all of which are lighted for night time play.
For the golfer there are 3 magnificent golf courses right in the community, including a beautiful Robert Trent Jones course with a fairway along the ocean.
There is an indoor pool and spa.

- lovely ocean view from the master bedroom and the living room
- we're in building 3 which has 2 elevators
- the unit is a quiet unit on the top floor (no noise from above)
- linens and towels provided (including 8 beach towels)
- Master bedroom, en-suite (2 sinks) with a king size bed and good separation from the guest bedroom
- Guest bedroom, en-suite, with 2 queen size beds
- Updated bathrooms
- 50" smart TVs in the living room, and master bedroom
- a balcony, shared by the master bedroom and living room, is furnished with a small table & 4 chairs with a view of the gardens, pool, beach and ocean
- a second balcony with 2 chairs and a view of the gardens and lagoon is off the guest bedroom
- a very well stocked kitchen
- internet keyless entry
- free internet and cable
- magnifying mirrors and hair dryers in each bathroom.
- plenty of hooks and hangers for your towels and clothes

Renovated since November, 2021:

Please note: there is a fee for each car to enter Palmetto Dunes (Villamare is within Palmetto Dunes.) For everyone's safety only registered guests are permitted inside the gates. For a 1 week rental the fee is $35 per car.

Beautiful and peaceful. There was some confusion when we arrived. The code to the door was not texted to me. Thankfully the owner got right back to me. The condo was awesomely equipped. Beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. We absolutely loved Hilton Head.

We just returned from a great stay in HH and this condo was perfect for us. It has everything you need, is very comfortable and great decor. Judy was an excellent host and so easy to communicate with. She gave us lots of tips..we have stayed in Palmetto Dunes before but this location is now our favorite - easy walk out to the beach and great pool with new lounges and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villamare. The location was perfect, just steps to the pool and beach. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy.

A great place to stay in HHI

Very clean, nicely decorated with a bright color scheme, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a nice view of the ocean in a very attractive complex in security minded Palmetto Dunes a few minutes away from the ocean. Add in a very attentive, service minded host/owner and you have a great place to stay in HHI.

OUTSTANDING!

This condo is gorgeous. It was beautiful and fully stocked! It had everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and we could see dolphins in the ocean from the family room. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful stay

We had a great stay on Hilton Head and Judy was a great host! Her place was in a perfect location and the kids Loved the pool and the closeness to the beach! Having thebeach cart, chairs and umbrellas was an awesome touch as well as all the beach towels! She was quick to respond if we needed anything or had any questikns! My son is already asking if we can go back next year! Thanks for a great stay Judy we hope to vksit again!

My husband Ken and I purchased this condo in May, 2021. We currently live in NJ but are planning a move south after our grandchildren are out of high school (we don't want to miss a single softball or hockey game.) We decided to purchase a condo to sample a little bit of SC beach life. We'll decide in a few years where we want to retire permanently. In the meanwhile we're fixing the condo into a place that feels like home. We hope that you will love Hilton Head as much as we do and be comfortable in our home away from home.

My husband walks to the pickleball courts every day. They have open round robins 2-4 times a day, depending on the season.
