Cute, quaint older unit with a great view! This unit worked great for two couples. A fact I missed is that the bigger bedroom has a half bath (as well as a full barh near the second bathroom).The inclusion of a golf cart is a huge bonus!

This property is clean and comfortable with a great view. Golf cart access is a definite plus. Upstairs neighbor noise is a thing, but nothing out of the ordinary for this kind of unit. Otherwise it’s very peaceful and quiet.

Great location, the golf cart was so nice to have. Well appointed home. Bbq could use a little TLC but everything else was perfect for our short stay in Catalina.

We loved Avalon and it was amazing to have a golf cart. The house is cozy but older. The pictures are accurate but it was a bit smaller than I expected. The kitchen is well supplied, the beds are comfortable, and the main bath is updated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we visited during the heat wave in California and discovered when we arrived that the unit does not have air conditioning. There were several fans, so we managed, but it would have been nice to know beforehand that there was no air conditioning.It was nice to have a full kitchen so that we could prepare some meals at home. We noticed that some of the dishes and utensils weren't properly cleaned by previous tenants, but there was a dishwasher and cleaning supplies handy.The huge bonus was the included golf cart. We were able to spend most of the day out and about on the cart to avoid the heat in the unit. That alone made the stay enjoyable. The unit is located up a hill and in the heat it would have been very difficult to come and go, so we were grateful to have the cart.

Beautiful updated home with stunning views and lots of space. Golf cart is very new and reliable. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend this property and definitely book again when we come back. Bonus is a friendly cat that roams around the yard and loves pets.

Great view, comfortable and pretty close to the main drag, especially given the view. The golf cart is a big plus, but only holds 4 people, although the lodging holds 6.

Beautiful view, walking distance to everything. Safe area, host was super friendly and responsive. The only thing that would be better is if they offered a 6 person cart we had to take trips or some had to walk since the cart is for 4 only. Other then that everything was great definitely will book again

We had an amazing stay in Catalina. Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free from start to finish.The golf cart was a huge plus and honestly made the whole experience even better. It made getting around the island super convenient, especially with kids.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Catalina.

Beautiful view above Avalon Harbor in a quieter neighborhood but still close enough to walk to the action. Having a golf cart available at all times was great. We put it to good use exploring the town and surrounding environs

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful and came with a golf cart, which was definitely a necessity for getting around easily. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the hosts was quick and easy the whole time. The view of the water was stunning, such a peaceful spot to relax. The only issue we ran into was the Wi-Fi being a little spotty, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. The golf cart was useful and fun. Comfortable beds and clean towels. If you are not comfortable climbing the steep hills walking from the ferry consider arranging a ride to the residence.

Nice place, up a step hill for great views.It would be a huge help for travelers if luggage could be stored in outside closet on the front & end of stay. Also would be good to provide written info on golf cart ( only 1 gas station in town)

Cute!

Cute place with an amazing view. We had everything we needed, loved having the golf cart, and had a wonderful stay. The linens and dishes and overall appearance was clean, but the property could definitely use a deep cleaning.

Peaceful and perfect

Everything was awesome. The view was amazing. Nice location, great perk with the golf cart, had everything we needed in the home as well. Already recommended to family and friends. Would definitely rebook if we return to the island.
