Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beach Getaway with The “kids”

Stayed here for a quick beach trip with my adult children and a couple of their friends. The property was truly great for the price. One of the bedrooms is very small and the second bathroom is a liitle awkward because of how it’s laid out but the beds were comfortable and the master suite is luxurious.

Felt like home!

Our family felt so at home. The resort property is pretty fantastic (not a big fan of the parking deck though) as was our condo. We’ve never stayed on the 20th floor but the views were beautiful.

Family fun spring break

We had an absolute blast at this condo super roomy, and comfortable. It has a nice big stand up shower in the master. Wonderful views, you can't hear others inside your condo or really even on the balcony. It was very peaceful, and calm we will be back! They couch was super comfortable and updated from the pictures ( doesn't have a pull out bed any longer) but the place was still big enough for our family and everyone was comfortable.

Family Vacation

Overall the condo was nice. Little smaller than I anticipated. The 3rd bedroom was really small. The only complaint I have is the elevators. Every time we had to use the elevators we had to wait extended period of time. At times almost an hour waiting. They only had 2 elevators working most of the time. This was pretty frustrating.

Not a good place to rent.

We asked to have the frig and dishwasher looked at and got nothing but a run around. For the money we paid we should not have to wash our own dishes. If anyone could see this place before they rent it, it would never be rented. Cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen. Layers of dust on bedroom dressers, cabinets with no door handles, cracked, chipped and dirty dishes. Unusable silverware. No baking dishes or anything to cook with, very uncomfortable furniture in living room and deck. We have rented condos on many beaches for the last 20 years and I have to say this is the worst.

Family vacay

We chose this property for the location, and the fact it would fit 2 couples, a toddler, and our mama. Beautiful views of the ocean and very conveniently located to many spots we wanted to go to. The beds were super comfy. Management was very quick to get back to me and very easy to deal with for getting an early check in and being responsive. The downside: We didn’t know there was a fee for parking, this is the first time we have had to pay for parking since traveling to PCB over the years. Would have been nice to know before booking. Also, when we got there we noticed the floors turned our toddlers feet black quite instantly. We made do with wearing shoes and told the property management about it, and were told someone would reach out to us. We got a text saying “ Hi, this is Housekeeping. Your conversation has been transferred to us. We will be in touch shortly.” but that was all that was said. Hopefully it will be better for the next crew that comes in there. Another thing that would have been nice to know to bring your own dish soap, hand soap, maybe extra towels (we had 6 people and there were barely enough to shower with) we reached out and were told they provide the bare minimum until you can get to the grocery store. I’m just one that doesn’t like to rebuy stuff that I could have brought from home. Maybe I’m just spoiled to other bookings I’ve been in. Overall: not a bad place to stay.

We have no complaints about the condo it was clean and pictures showed just what we got. Directly on the beach which was nice.

Property management company dropped the ball

The condo was nice and roomy and directly beachfront. However, it does not sleep 8 people. It barely sleeps 6 adults. No pull out sofa sleeper in the living room as advertised. I contacted the property management company as soon as we arrived. They offered a couple solutions. All Communication was through phone and text. They were supposed to send me sheets and blankets so my 18 year old son could sleep on a couch that all other renters had sat on. The sheets and blankets never arrived. After another text and phone call, still no sheets and blankets. I went to Walmart and purchased them myself, washed them and then he had something to sleep on. A but ridiculous for the money we paid for the condominium. I couldn’t even get anyone to respond to me after the initial phone call. I don’t fault the owner of the condominium. He should definitely change management companies. The pool facilities at the resort were very nice and it’s a good location.
