Slow Mocean is a beautiful double story Bungalow, 2 blocks from a neighborhood exclusive beach access point. Comfortable, Clean and Spacious. TVs in every room with the fastest Wifi package from Xfinity. A short drive away from many retail & grocery stores as well as a variety of restaurants & cafes. The Swim spa has heated water jets and a continuous current for swimming or just relaxing.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to grocery stores and other shopping and a short walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the check in and out process were very easy! I would definitely recommend Suraya’s house if you are in the Jacksonville Beach area and looking for a place to stay.

Great Family Getaway

Our family came together to celebrate a birthday! The host had fantastic directions and helpful hints for the local area. Plenty of menus of local restaurants were available to help us plan dinners! Conveniently located to shopping and the beaxh! Could not have had a better time!!!

Great bungalow

Easy walk to a nice wide beach. Hot tub was nice for the evenings and there was enough room for our group of 8 adults. Communication was great and we were given a 7:30 pm check out on getaway day which was awesome since our flight home was at 10 pm. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful time in Jax Beach. The house was big, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. Superbly stocked kitchen so no worries if you’re planning on a lot of cooking. Bedrooms were bright and roomy. Bathrooms clean. Everything inside the house was up to date. The Spa was fantastic. Plenty of space for outdoor activity on the patio. Lots of equipment and towels available for the beach. My favorite thing about the house was the location. 5-minute stroll to the wide, beautiful, nearly deserted beach. Loved watching the sunrise and taking long walks to the sound of the waves and a breeze. Had only one issue and that was due to our own operator error. Called the owner and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Had a great time and loved the house would stay there again.

Florida vacation

We had a wonderful stay. House is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved the spa/pool and outdoor area. Host was very nice and easy to work with. She emailed us during the stay to tell us of a music fest down town. Next time we’re in Jacksonville we’ll definitely stay again.

Perfect location for family during the Holiday

Altho we live locally, we rented the Beach Bungalow for visiting family members over Christmas. The location, proximity to the beach and attractions, layout and amenities were exactly as described and perfect for the holiday. The communication, check-in and check-out were effortless. If you are looking for a beach house for a vacation or short get-away, this is the one.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Was extremely comfortable for both two-legged and four-legged friends. Perfect location that included lots of places to eat, shop, drink, play...all the things. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to all inquiries in a timely and informative manner.

Everything was Perfect!

Everything was perfect about this house. The house was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Being so close the the beach was awesome. Suraya was a wonderful host and made everything easy. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice House

Nice house and we had a great time as family. Beach is walkable distance and surprised not much crowd and had a blast. Owner immediately took care of plumbing issue at night. Great host!

Wonderful week

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and clean with many amenities including the TVs in every room and plenty of beach chairs and towels. The beds were very comfortable as were the family room sofas. We enjoyed the outdoor area, the grill and the pool. The beach was also very nice and uncrowded. Would have stayed 2 weeks if we could have!

Peaceful vacation

We enjoyed our visit to this Jax Beach house. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was very well stocked which made our visit easier. My one suggestion is that you put blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The sun pours into the rooms and makes it hard to sleep in. Thanks!

Our stay during Thanksgiving

We were very comfortable and happy with the home for the first 2 nights. The last 2 nights we were very cold and did not have directions on the thermostat and I believe the homeowner had access from his phone. He then instructed us to use the manual to adjust the heat. Not sure why we were not able to change the temperature on our own. Thankyou.

Outstanding Property... Outstanding Host

We booked our stay as a last minute trip to celebrate our daughter's acceptance into University of Florida. Our group included 6 of us along with our family dog. We arrived to find the property in fantastic condition, tastefully decorated, and well appointed for our stay. The private beach is a short walk through an upscale neighborhood (maybe 2 blocks) and, aside from being a little chilly, didn't disappoint. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within just a couple of miles. Highly recommended. We will certainly be back!

Great Place to Stay (again)

We could not be happier with this VRBO and its Jax Beach location. Perfect place to visit with family and furry friends. Clean, neat, pet-friendly inside and out. Ample space to have friends, family over for BBQ. Nice amenities including beach-going supplies. Host is very responsive to questions. Centrally located for places to eat, shop and have fun. Highly recommend.

First time @ Jax Beach

Great place. Plenty of room and loads of amenities. Really appreciated the stocked kitchen and the all the beach stuff - towels, chairs, umbrellas…would definitely recommend!

Slow Mocean is a fantastic holiday property. With its close proximity to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, it is a short 2 blocks away from expansive Jax Beach ocean front. The Bungalow layout is spacious and open. Each bedroom has its own TV and all have ensuite bathrooms. The Living Room is designed with an open concept and is a great place to sit by the beautiful faux fire place to play games or just watch a movie with the family.

The gorgeous fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out, with the heated Spa Pool with Hot Tub features as well as continuous current jets to allow lap swimming or just for fun arch jets! The Island Kitchen and outdoor Gazebo and Bar area makes it super fun to have dinners & drinks outdoors.
